Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam Clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m (5fts) and lead upto 30mm (100fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directd by the Engineer-in-Charge upto a distance of 30m (100 fts) from the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded Brick ballast aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P rtc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm. guage approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 (M-20) in PlinthBeam excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. Binding wire cost being inluded in the item.
