Audited balance sheet with profit and loss account for FY : 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26.
Copies of IT returns filed for FY: 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26.
Copy of GST registration certificate and copy of latest return filed in GSTR-3B
Duly filled Annexure- 2.
Copies of RC books, Insurance policies of the vehicles and details of Vehicles as per Annexure - 2
Copies of Lease agreement/s, if vehicles are hired.
Authorization letter of the Company in case the person signing the tender document is an authorized representative of the company
