safety, Security and operation & maintenance of the street light system during DLP with O&M of 3 yrs of the whole system (Note- Rs. 100/- PPPM will be held on account of O&M).if failed, the fixture must be repaired within 3 days of fault, failing which penalty i.e. two times of the maintenance charges estimated by the department for each fixture for the month shall be deducted & recovered from the agency.
