Replacement of all the internal and outer bearings with washer (20900),Bushes, ‘O’-ring(52200), Shaft sleeve(31000) of pump shaft and motor shaft, replacement of gland packing (22300), repair of corroded or rusted external motor cable(copper) with nuts/bolts/copper thimbles and washers, providing and fitting of the same after all the parts should be thoroughly cleaned in kerosene, petrol or benzene to remove the dust, rust etc and checked thoroughly for wear tear and damage of impellers, diffusers, casings etc of 100 HP (75 kw) 7-STAGE centrifugal pump and motor, complete greasing to motor and pump set . complete job
Lifting of AVR from the Pump shed to workshop with the help of manual labour and hydra crane, Repair / replacement of all the three damaged copper coils, complete wirings and 03 nos volt meter of 250kva Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR ), Providing of transformer oil-200ltr, replacement of 180mm 3.5 core aluminium cable along with thimble=09mtr from Transformer to panel.
Repairs to control panel by way of replacing all the damaged Connectors(MNX-140) of various capacity-06Nos, Star/Delta-03Nos, Magnetic Thermal Contactor over load relay-250A+01No, MCBs, MCCB (DM160), Fuses, Timers, Relays(90-150Amp)-02Nos, Off/On Switches, Start/Stop buttons, Amp metre-(01+02no standby), Volt metre(01+02no standby) etc.
Providing and fitting of foot valve with leather (01+02no standby), NRV(01+02No standby), sluice valve(01+02 no standby) of 150mm and broken suction pipe with allied repairs. The job shall also include providing of priming pump (mono block) 01 HP 01 No along with 25mm PVC pipe of length 100ft for forced priming.
Providing of 05Ton chain pully-01No, Grease Gun manual type and complete tool kit (DE spanner/Ring spanner size 06-32mm=01set each, Screw drive, pliers make-Taparia or equivalent conforming to IS/ISI standard, hand gloves-02Set and additional Gland packing-05kg, nuts and bolts with washers of different size=15kg.
