Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work and chiselling/wedging out of hard or soft rock (where blasting is prohibited) up to all heights stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in15 Cms, Layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts:-

(a) Vertical surfaces such as walls.

(g) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls. Under 20 cm. Wide.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

P/L C.C 1:2:4 (1 Cement 2 sand 4 grade stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of form workin : Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete 1:5:10(1cement:5sand:10graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Constructing course rubble hammer dressed “U” shape open surface drain with side wall 15x22cm in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) including earth work and laying 10 cm cement concrete in 1:5:10(1cement:5sand:10graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and 7.5cm cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slope of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
