Uncoiling and laying 110 kV, single core, 630 sq.mm Aluminium conductor, Cross-linked polyethylene insulated, corrugated Aluminium sheathed and HDPE outer jacket under ground cable (3 number of cables for one circuit) in seperate trefoil formation with trifoil clamps with standard spacing as per tender drawing along the already excavated trenches /pipes/ built up trench including all charges for handling, uncoiling and paving of cable in trenches using standard cable installation equipments such as cable pulling winch, rollers etc with design pulling tension and with in bending radius after providing all necessary precautions to be followed as per IEC/ IS specifications carefully without damaging the existing pipe lines, cables, water lines etc. and rectifying the damages if any, occured to the existing installations, providing aluminium identification tags of 150x50mm size and 1mm thick embedded with the mark"KSEBL 110kV Cable "KUNNAMKULAM-KANDASSANKADAVU" at every 5m interval for Kunnamkulam-Kandassankadavu UG Cable(0.5 km) and with the mark"KSEBL 110kV Cable "KUNNAMKULAM-GURUVAYOOR" at every 5m interval for Kunnamkulam-Guruvayoor UG (0.5 km)Cable (Rate for One Circuit/meter) and stacking the balance cable safely, but excluding laying HDPE pipes, providing holes, back filling etc. complete as per directions
Installation of outdoor end termination of 110KV UG 630 sq.mm cable and labour charges for assisting, mounting the cable to the cable supporting structure in yard& on tower and giving connection with earth etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers , fixing cable using suitable clamp fixtures, connecting earth leads etc. complete as per specification at 110kV sub stations Kunnamkulam and tapping tower at Choondal respectively.
Fabricating, supplying and fixing danger board along the cable route as per drawing including all charges for supplying and fixing 210X 298 mm sign board using 18 gauge MS sheet mounted on MS angle 50x50x5 mm and 2 Metre height( including cost of fittings), embedded in cement concrete block 30x30x45 cm of CC 1:2:4 using 20 mm broken stone and all form works, painting both sides of the board and angle iron with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat and lettering 2.5 to 4 cm high etc.. complete as per directions of the KSEBL
Laying of GI strip/Copper strip of various size including cleaning and neatly bending of strips ,cutting, removing of metal/earth in the yard and burying earth strip to the required depth re-doing the yard metalling etc complete as per directions
Erection of hot dipped GI angles Cable support & termination structure complete as per directions.
Providing one Earth using GI earth pipe of size 40mm dia, 2.5m length including digging separate pit (0.45x0.45x2.5m) at a minimum distance of 1.5m away from the pole/structure and maintaining standard distance between different earth pipes in ordinary soil backfilling.
Additional rate for excavation of one Earth Pit (2.5m depth) in Laterite
Erection of 1 No. 110KV LA on the already erected structure on tower after opening of crates at the place of storage, loading to site carefully, keeping lines and levels as per the direction of KSEBL
