The Intending bidder should have satisfactorily as a prime contractor, similar works of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender during last five years that is 4.65 Lakhs reckoned back from 2024-25 (i.e. work executed during 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22,2022-23 & 2023-24 will be considered). The work done certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. The cost will be updated to the present value by the giving weight age of 10% each year. If the work is completed prior to the year 2024-25.
EPF Registration Certificate with copy of latest Challan Paid
Latest copy of the income tax return filed for the financial year 2023-24 (A.Y 2024-25) mentioning the PAN and TAN No.
Latest copy of GST Registration Certificate.
Letter Pad with signature and Communication Address, contact Number.
Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.
