11.49.2:Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).Size of Tiles 600x600 mm

11.48.2:Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg). including filling /grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Size of Tile 600x600 mm

21.1.1.3:Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminnium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately): For fixed portionPolyester powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron )

21.3.2:Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer - in -Charge. ( Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

13.48.1:Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

15.56:Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

OD17448/2025-2026:The Ceiling surface is to be smoothened with modified mortor to an average thickness of 15 mm. measurement is calculated as in the previous case.Including cost of meterials, labour charges, conveyance of meterials to site hire charges of tools etc complete.

OD17449/2025-2026:The applying two component high build polymer modified cementitions reinstatement mortor Rendroc HB2 preferable with hand using wet on wet methed to make sure that high strength polymer mix covers the reinforcing bar on all sides and cover the acidic concrete.measurement is calculated as in the previous case.Including cost of meterials,labour charges,conveyance of meterials to site hire charges of tools etc complete.

OD17450/2025-2026:The cleaned reinforcing bar,on the dried bar,applying corrotion inhibitant one coat of nitrozinc primer care should be taken to see that the zinc rich primer coated should make an unbrocken continous film on the bars. After cleaning the bar applying one coat of bonding agent Nitobond A R/SBR.measurement is calculated as in the previous case.Including cost of meterials,labour charges,conveyance of meterials to site hire charges of tools etc complete.

OD17451/2025-2026::Chipping and removing old spalling/detective concrete and exposing the detective/corroded reinforcement of the ceiling, joint the additional bar wherever 1/3 diameter of the bar is corroded. Removel of the detective concrete across the bar should be at least 2mm beyond the detective bar so that the reinforcing bar can be cleaned with ribbon, wire brush etc. After cleaning the bar wash with clean water and collect all the spalled/ fallen concrete. Measurement is calculated for whole exposed area. Including cost of materials, labour charges, conveyance of materials to site hire charges of tools etc complete.

13.1.2:12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

9.48.1:Providing and fixing M.S. Grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.Fixed to steel windows by welding
