Supplying and filling RBM under rooms incl. compaction by ramming watering etc all carriages complete job

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Note: - Cement in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is content considered payable or recoverable separately. including carriage complete.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated concrete blocks masonry with 625mm long, 200 mm high & 225 mm thick AAC blocks (Grade 1 with 5 MPa minimum compressive strength when tested as per IS 6441-5 (1972), 650-750 kg/m3 density when tested as per IS 6441-1 (1972)) in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in block jointing mortar (Minimum 8 MPa compressive strength) complete. The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 nos. 8 mm dia M.S bars at every fifth course of masonry work. Blocks should be able to resist the transfer of heat through them maintaining a temperature difference of 5°C between inside & outside of the building. Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 mix ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing PVC rigid foam sheet 1mm thick on existing door shutters (bathroom and W.C. doors) using synthetic rubber based adhesive and other allied fixing material to fix it properly on base complete job

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of uPVC Mahagony shade or approved shade (wood finish) casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.50 ± 0.2 mm thick steel with ZincAl coating made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC co-extruded extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges of 2.5mm plate thickness, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles of same brand as window supplier, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary coated steel steel screws etc. The profiles should be mitre-cut and seamlessly Zip-welded without needing corner cleaning. Both the shutter and bead profiles should have co-extruded gaskets in the glazing area. The frame and shutters should have EPDM gaskets in the sealing area. Mullion (if required) shall be fixed through Mechanical joint including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. The vertical member should not deflect more than L/175 or 19mm for SGU and L/175 or 15mm for DGU, whichever is the least for a wind load of 1.5kPa. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 1% tolerancein dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.Friction stay should open to allow cleaning of glass outside surface. Multipoint locking to be provided with espags of SS304 grade. All shims to be capable of transferring the load evenly and made of a suitable material (Teflon, Nylon etc) capable of lasting the life span of the system. All miscellaneous items such as peripheral sealants, backer rods, fasteners etc to be included in the rate. (Makes: Rehau uPVC, Saintgobain uPVC, Schueco uPVC)

a)Casement window single panel with S.S. friction hinges (16.5mm stack height) made of 44x70mm depth frame and 80x70mm depth shutter having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and glazing bead of appropriate dimension. DGU unit of combination 6mm toughned glass+12mm thick air gap+6mm thick clear toughned glass. Outer 6mm glass pane will have special energy saving Magnetron coating on clear glass base on the air gap face to achieve a U-value of 1.5 W/m2-K (Area of window above 0.75 sqm.) and a visible light transmission factor of 70 to 80%. Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles (Anti Skid) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 300 mm x 300 mm

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm . This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.The rate includes reparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

Providing and laying FULL BODY vitrified floor tiles (Anti Skid) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600 mm x 600 mm

Tile work in skirting, risers of steps and dado (upto 2 m height) over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. 8 mm thick

Providing and laying vitrified Antiskid Ramp tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 300 mm x 300 mm (Antiskid type)

Providing and fixing gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels Granite of any colour or shade (18mm Thick)

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm marble stone /granite stone counters, Vanities etc.including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Granite Work) Double moulding

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc. including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete ,including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including all lifts,leads,carriage of the material.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).including all lifts,leads,carriage of the material. Complete job

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. ( 2mm Thick)

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. (Two Coats)

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 liter/10sqm) over and including base coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Demolishing of Buildings Single/Double story with Attic, including plinth, walls , ceiling, floor, windows, doors roofing all components as per directions of EIC including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materail as per directions of EIC. The item imvolves all work to clean the site as per requitement with all leads and lifts complete job (The item is to be executed as per directions of EIC) the serviceable / unserviceable materials should be handover to the concern department head in presence of engineer-in-charge.
