Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Similar Type of Work done Certificate Issued by the competent authority With respect to operation and maintenance of Solid waste Management Processing Plants in Government Departments OR any ULB'S with minimum for last five years

Bidders should submit staff details with relevant experiences

Others -- Plant Manager Minimum 10 Years Experience 10 marks and labours Minimum 02 Years Experience 15 marks

The firm should have ISO CERTIFICATE NO 45001-2018 issued by competent authority

Labour License issued by competent Authority

Labour Certificate

Bidder should be registered with Labour License issued by competent Authority and under Employees Provident Fund and ESI Acts along with Annual ESI and PF paid turnover

Valid EPF Certificate

The Agency or Bidder must have Compost marketing License

Others -- Compost marketing License

Financial Status

Tenderer in its name should have in the last 3 years 2020 to 2021 to 2023 to 2024 achieved in at least two financial year minimum annual financial turnover for the Assignment refer tender document
