Supply and Installation , commissioning of Washer with hypo Extractor Machine with loading capacity 30 KG dry weight per charge front loading open pocket, heavy duty, high spin, lop suspesion, fully stainless steel cabinat suitable for powder/liquid detergent compartment, electrically heated, stainless steel inner cylinder, outer dum loading door, front SS , inner basket, having three lifter design, single motor with variable frequency (VRF) inverter drive for various speeds for wash distribution low, normal and high spin , turned suspension for less vibration performance fully indication system, solenoid operated water inlet valve electrically operated (motorized) drain valve, operation on AC supply 3 phase, 415 Volts , 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep for laying of cables and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L filling dry and clean sand in trenches for cable 8 cm deep below and 15 mcm above for cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, LV low voltage type-I flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge

Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removal of surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured UG heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area of 25 sqmm 4 core size laid in trenches under floor/roads/hard standing along poles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for cable protection fixed to poles/ along wall/ floor/under road/ across the drain or nallah including taking down old unserviceable GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charg

S&F For metal clad box suitable for triple pole and earth enclosure with a three pin and earth plug with socket complete with one MCB TPN 63 Amps complete al as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying for Galvanized Iron tubing medium grade with and including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, union etc in trenches of size 25 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia. medium grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe light grade 20 mm dia, PCC Chamber, CI frame and cover, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata and testing on completion. Note :- GI earth wire 4 mm dia and 15 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted.
