OD10190/2026-2027:Conducting and Reporting Routine maintenance inspections for the entire length of the project road at a frequency of 7 days throughout the agreement period of the running contract as directed by the departmental officers at site.Additonal Routine inspection may be required in respose to reports or complaints. from the police other authorities and the public as a result of major incidence,typhoon or flooding damages etc and are not measurable payable.A portion of the routine inspection may be carried out either during of immediately following a period of wet weather

OD23285/2026-2027:Filling up potholes with bituminous ready mix compound (25 kg bag )and compacting by ramming to get a compact surface including cost of materials, laying charges, transportation to site etc. complete. Rate is arrived for a bag of 25 kg

2.2:Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area

OD10184/2026-2027:man engaged for clearing blocked up vent way, clearing of drains. pavement sweeping where required, removal of debris from roads,clearing all types of waste from roads,maintenance of sign board clearing foot path pedestrian area etc.

3.24.B:Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil by Manual Means to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions to the requirement of clause 301 and 309. Excavated material to be used in embankment within a lead of 50 metres (average lead 25 metres)

3.11:Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305.
