Excavation work by mechanical means ( hydraulic excavator) manual means in foundation trenches or drians (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,lift upto 1.5m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excacated soils as directed,within a lead of 50 m. Ordinary rock 50 %.

52mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete harder topping under layer 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement 2 sand 4 graded stone agg.20mm nominal size)and top layer 12mm thick cement hardner consisting of mix 1:2(1 cement hardener mix:2graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size)by volume hardening compound mixed @2litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture's specifications.This includes cost ofcement slurry but excluding the cost of nosing of step etc complete.

Dry Stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening,cutting,bending,placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.mild steel and medium tensile steel bars.

Wire crates of GI Wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (wire crares to measured & paid for separately).
