SH-I: BHS Operation Baggage Handling System (BHS) Operation of existing BHS comprising of 08 Nos. Departure Baggage Conveyor(s) with 01 No. sorter along with common handling line for both domestic and international in-line X-BIS and 16 Nos. Arrival Baggage Conveyor system on round the clock basis by providing the manpower (as per manpower deployment sheet) for successful operation of the system for smooth transportation of baggages to their respective destinations in Baggage Make-up & Break-up areas as per attached specifications, technical and operational requirement complete as required. Manpower details: 1) Overall BHS Operation Manager - 01 No. 2) Shift Supervisor - 04 Nos. 3) Control Room Supervisor - 07 Nos. 4) Control Room Sr. Supervisor cum Admin in-charge - 01 No. 5) Field Operator - 39 Nos. SH-II: Tub Retrieval, circulation for BHS and other E&M installation Providing unskilled manpower on round the clock basis (24 X 7) to facilitate Tub Retrieval & Circulation for BHS at Different levels at City side & Air Side of Kolkata Airport including other BHS/E&M and Cleaning related works as desired and mentioned in the attached specifications under SCC and as per the instruction, complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Manpower details: Unskilled manpower - 31 nos. Note: Follow Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) for shift wise bifurcation.

SH-III: Reverification, Stamping, repairing of standalone weighing scales, weights etc. for Hajj operation of NSCBI Airport Kolkata. Comprehensive maintenance of the dual display type 200 Kg. / 300 Kg. capacity electronic weighing scale of platform type (Make: Essae Teraoka, Auto Tech, Mettler Toledo, Libra, Precision etc.) and submission of report to the department in every month.

Repairing & servicing to make the system in serviceable state i/c supply & fixing of all electrical, mechanical & electronic component required for the weighing scale incase of break down along with verification & stamping from office of the Directorate of Legal Metrology, weighs & Measure, Govt. of W.B. 300Kg. / 200 Kg. capacity scale. Note: Supply of Major spares are covered under separate item. However fixing of same is considered under this item (as mentioned in SCC).
