Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, foundation and erection of poles and stays in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and exceeding 1.5 meter but not exceeding 3.0 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm soil all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points as in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep including required watering and consolidation after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering with width equal to length of brick as protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks of size 250mm x 125mm x 75mm laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work and finished the surface smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling for poles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for GI pipe 50mm dia (light grade) complete with all fittings in trenches, road/culvert crossing, floors, on roof, on pole for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring holes horizontally under road without damaging the surface of road (minimum 1.0m bellow the road surfaces) with the help of GI tubing of any dia not exceeding 80mm dia for passing of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified conforming to IS- 2317/1980 type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate including staying the poles in a truly vertical position till the foundations are properly set, including painting to pole (inside & outside) with two coats of aluminium paint on exposed surfaces of poles and two coats of black bituminous paint on embedded portion after and including dismantling of old unserviceable pole of any description complete all as specified and directed. Supply, fabricated and fixing of street light bracket made out of GI pipe 40mm dia medium grade bent to shape of 1.2 mtr long as directed including clamps made out of 30 mm x 6 mm-02 Nos flat iron for fixing bracket suitable for steel tubular poles including nuts and bolts, washers and other connected items of required size including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after and including taking down old existing unserviceable bracket complete all as specified and directed .
