M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces by scrapping down and washing with water to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper upto any height over a coat of alakali resistant primer including cleaning window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and cleaning premises clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces by scrapping down and washing with water to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying 3mm thick wall care white putty (as approved by GE) upto any height including rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scraping down completely on brick walls/stone walls/concrete surfaces plastered or unplastered thoroughly, rubbing down, washing with water to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint (Colour or shade as approved by GE) over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instruction complete upto any height including cleaning window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and cleaning premise clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished surfaces even and smooth (without using extra cement) Complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 finished fair and even on stone/brick masonry/concrete surfaces complete all as specified

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering on ceiling surfaces of concrete in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on brick/stone/ concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling including cleaning window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and cleaning premises clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper (as approved by GE) including necessary priming coat complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint (as approved by GE) including necessary priming coat complete all as specified and directed

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman,Italic or Indian) n.exc. 30 cm high on buildings with synthetic enamel paint with required base in synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

Note for all items :- If any item gets repeated in this schedule, the lowest rate quoted for those same items by the L-1 bidder shall be considered for payment and decision of Accepting Officer i.e. GE(AF) Baroda in this regard shall be final and binding.
