Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) and disposal of rubbish outside the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured tiles of size 300x300x 6-7 mm thick fixed with neat cement slurry on flooring jointing white/ coloured cement to match over and including 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6, all as specified and directed

M&L for coloured glazed tiles of size 300x450x6 - 7 mm thick fixed with neat cement slurry in vertical surface to wall pointing in white/coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. S/F PVC solid door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing.

S&F 250mm long mild steel sliding door bolts stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing 100mm size butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel all as specified.

S&F 150mm long mild steel tower bolt stove enamelled black with bright bolt all as specified.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1 1/2: 3 ( Nominal mix) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns, in floors, roof, landing,balconies,canpies,deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with Mild steel wire annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with gray cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing type all as specified and directed

S&F in repair for Vitreous china ceramic over counter wash hand basin, white flat, size 550 x400 mm incl brackets waste coupling and waste pipe (Make Cera/Hindware/Somany) all as specified and directed

S&F for looking mirror 450X600mm size of best quality and fixed to wall with brass screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F vitreous china wash down water closet (EWC) pan complete including seat cover for pedestal pan and CP jet spray and CP hand jet with SS flexible pipe including CP stop valve 2 in 1 for connection (Make of EWC : Cera/Hindware/Somany) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F squatting pan WC Orissa pattern size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest with P or S trap incl provn of lime concrete bedding incl breaking up existing damaged WC seat and connecting flush pipe etc and make good to floor complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs PVC valve less symphonic action type flushing cistern, low level white with inlet ball valve float and handle with flush pipe ,10 Ltr capacity complete all as specified.

PVC connection pipe 15mm size, fibre reinforced 45cm long with brass check nut and PVC washers at both ends complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm for ball valve brass high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) floor trap with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed with solvent cement. (Diameter of outlet in 75 mm) complete all as specified including taking out damaged floor trap in any type and position.

S &F vitreous china urinals, half stall type ,white (back or corner wall type )complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2 securing urinal to plug with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement fixing flush pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe all as specified and directed.

Dismantling 100mm dia bore cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches/wall and all as complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm dia cast iron soil, waste and vent (sand Cast) pipes, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints fixed to walls all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 100mm bore cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes (sand cast) in any length with or without ears with cement joints or fixed to wall all as specified and directed.

S&F for as in replacement of 100mm bore cast iron plain bends (any radius) with ducks foot or heel rest complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for as in replacement of 100mm bore cast iron branch pieces, double (equal or unequal)ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or parallel branches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for as in replacement of 100mm bore cast iron plain sockets (double),collars complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of old wall surface including brooming down/steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, mould ,moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spouts and cleaning with water on wall complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable point wiring (Light, fan, socket or power) with complete fittings, fixtures and pendant, regulator, switches, lamp holders, switch sockets etc. including making good to disturbed surface by colouring with existing matching colour ,filling of putties all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for One light/fan/bell point controlled by one, one way switch, with 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, PVC insulated, FR unsheathed, 1100 volt grade, multistranded single core copper conductor and including PVC casing-capping minimum 25 mm wide with all fittings and accessories such as bends, Tees, Joints etc fixed to wall or ceiling and Recessed PVC or rectangular PVC box closed recessed having 40mm depth ISI marked Make: Presto plastic for fixing of switch etc and provision of 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, PVC insulated, FR, unsheathed, 1100 volt grade,multistranded single core green colour copper conductor for earth continuity connected to earth dolly, all metal parts, such as tube light fittings, fan hook, earth terminal of all socket points etc as specified and directed .
