15 Providing and applying evenly priming / tack coat with bitumen mechanical

sprayer using bitumens Emulsion Grade RS1 at the rate of 7.50 Kg/10 sqmt 1.00 Sqmt.

including heating the bitumen etc.complete.

16 Providing and laying Bitumenous grout base 37.50mm thick using Emulsion grade

RS - 1 for tack coat @ 2.50 kg./10sqm and using BT stone aggregate as per

required gradation with the asphalt of 80/100 (VG10) grade at the rate of 1.99%

i.e. 19.90 kg/mt by weight of Mix including heating and mixing in drum mix plant 1.00 M.T

transportaing the mix and spreading the same by paver finisher and consolidation

by MOST specification including cost of all materials fuel, labours, tools and plant

etc. using contracters own drum mix plant etc. complete

17 Providing & Laying 37.50mm thick compacted B.M. for leveling course with B.T.

aggregates at the rate 0.66 Cumt/MT. as per MORT&H gradation and asphalt

Emulsion grade RS1 for tack coat at the rate of 2.50 kg. per 10 Sqmt. Road

surface by mechanical sprayer and for mixing aggregates with asphalt 60/70

(VG30) at the rate of 3.4% i.e. 34kg/MT. of total mix including heating & mixing in 1.00 M.T

drum mix plant, spreading the same by paver finisher and consolidation with

vibrator roller including the cost of fuel, hire charges, wood, kerosene, labour

charges etc. by using contraxtor's own machineries and plant etc. comp.

18 Providing & Laying 50mm thick compacted B.M. for leveling course with B.T.

aggregates at the rate 0.66 Cumt/MT. as per MORT&H gradation and asphalt

Emulsion grade RS1 for tack coat at the rate of 2.50 kg. per 10 Sqmt. Road

surface by mechanical sprayer and for mixing aggregates with asphalt 60/70

(VG30) at the rate of 3.4% i.e. 34kg/MT. of total mix including heating & mixing in 1.00 M.T

drum mix plant, spreading the same by paver finisher and consolidation with

vibrator roller including the cost of fuel, hire charges, wood, kerosene, labour

charges etc. by using contraxtor's own machineries and plant etc. comp.

19 Providing and laying 25mm thick compacted semi dense Bituminious concrete

using stone chups as per MORTH Gradation and asphalt 60/70 (VG-30) for tack

coat at 2.5 Kg/10sq.mt with asphalt 60/70 for mixing 5% by weight of total mix for

binder including heating the aggregate and asphalt by drum mix plant and 1.00 M.T

spreading the same by censor finisher and consolidation with vibratory roller

incicluding providing all materials, equipment tools and plants, oll,kerosene,

firewoods and latior charges. Etc complete.

20 Providing and laying 25mm thick compacted sami dense Bituminious concrete

using stone chups as per MORTH Gradation asphalt and asphalt 60/70 for mixing

60/70 for mixing 5% by weight of total mix for binder including heating the

aggregate and asphalt by drum mix plant and spreading the same by censor 1.00 M.T

finisher and consolidation with vibratory roller incicluding providing all materials,

equipment tools and plants, oll,kerosene, firewoods and latior charges. Etc

21 Providing and applying asphalt painting on B.T.surface with mechanical sprayer

using bitumens 60/70 (VG-30) at the rate of 5.00 Kg/10 sqmt and spreading stone

dust on painting surface at the 0.03 Cumt/10 Sqmt.and rolling with smooth

wheeled and pneumatic roller and brushing etc.complete.

22 Providing and laying 50 mm thick Dense graded bituminous macadam with tack

coat at 7.50 Kg/10 Sq.mt. using emulsion SS-1 grade by mechanical sprayer and

using stone chips as per MORT&H gradation and asphalt 60/70 (VG-30) grade @

4.50% (As per mix design)by total weight of mix for binder by Batching mix plant

and spreading the same by sensor paver finisher and consolidation by vibratory 1.00 M.T

roller including providing and operating required drum mix plant & machinery cost

of fuel, asphalt, oil, lubricant & labour charges etc. complete.

23 Providing and laying 40 mm thick compacted Bituminuous Concrete with tack coat

at 2.50 Kg/10 Sq.mt. of a Emulsion RS-1 by mechanical sprayer and using stone

chips as per MORT&H gradation & VG-30 grade asphalt for mixing @ 5.50% (As

per mix design) by weight of total mix for binder including heating the aggregate

and asphalt by batch mix plant and spreading the same by sensor paver finisher

and consolidation with vibratory roller including providing all materials,

equipments, tools and plants, oil, kerosene, fire wood, labour charges etc.
