M&L for construction of brick masonry valve chamber of internal size 1.05 x 1.05x 1.05 Mtr (Internal dimension) with sub class 'B' bricks in CM (1:6) with 3mm thick MS Sheet cover and angle iron frame made out of 40x40x6mm with 2 Nos MS hinges welded to angle iron frame including lifting hook & locking arrangement duly painted with one coat of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete with necessary earth work, brick work, PCC bed, cement plastering, finishing including dismantling and removal of old unserviceble valve pit remains from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying or fixing on walls/roof passing through HDPE pipe, with saddling arrangement on walls/roof 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated multistranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel wire or strip and overall PVC sheathed 16 sqmm nominal cross section, 4 core in service connections as per IS 7098 (Part-1) including connecting on LT OH line/ LT panel/ DB with suitable lugs, glands, binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch A.

M&L for fine sand free from sharp material as in filling in trenches for cable protection incl necessary punning and consolidation as reqd complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying bricks in protection covers cables using syb class B old sizes bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installed & fix maintenance free earthing copper bonded steel earth rod of 10 feet long having diameter of 17.2mm with copper bonding thickness of 250 micron, UL listed,CPRI Tested at 25 KA fault current for one second and is provided with universal clamp made of SS earth enhancing compound shall be of 50kg/pit (resistivity is less than 0.12 Ohm meter) tested as per IEC 62561-7. The above arrangements shall be provided with heavy duty earth poly plastic pit cover of 6000 kg load bearing capacity (Size:270x240x200mm) and FRLS-H insulated copper conductor of size 6 sqmm, single core cable drawn through and including light grade GI pipe of size 15 mm upto 7 mtr incl cutting and chases on wall and floor and aking good using PCC complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate quoted above shall be deemed to be included for excavation and earth work, refilling, removal of surplus earth and making good the surface around chemical earthing upto depth.
