Vessel to be blocked and unblocked

Ultrasonic gauging to be done only on the underwater portion of hull plate and bottom plate.

Corroded, holed & thinned down plates, structural members, railing posts air vent pipe etc. to be cropped & renewed – Deck and superstructure–12MT Bottom-3.5MT Sidehull-4MT Transom and cantilever structure-3MT Inside stiffening members,girders,engine room floor plate – 4MT

Corroded and thin down upper deck and main deck railing pipe (25 NB) to be renewed.

Corroded and thin down upper deck and main deck railing pipe (40 NB) to be renewed.

Corroded and thin down upper deck and main deck railing Post (65 NB) to be renewed.

Steel fender 200 NB, 8 MM thick half cut pipe stiffened with ‘D’ shaped stiffeners 500 mm apart.

Renewal of twin bollards including doubler plate.(150NB pipe -Hight-350mm)

Renewal of single bollards including doubler plate.(150NB pipe -Hight-350mm)

Anode to fitted on under water hull plate

Port and STBD side main engine (Cummins 6BT 5.9 140C) to be full overhauling (supply of spars and machine shop jobs will be done by WBSTC)

Port and STBD side main engine Fuel pumps and injectors required to be servicing including material and machine shop job.

Port and STBD side Main engines and DG engine All the out fittings i.e. Air filters, turbo charger, Heat exchanger, upper cooler, self-starter ,Dynamo, Thermostat Housing, Engine air inlet line, Exhaust line to be servicing and fitted back with new joints and fasteners and exhaust line insulation cover and renewal of all damaged hose pipes.

Port and STBD side main engine sea water pump and bilge suction pump to be repaired including machine shop job and spare

Steering wheel hydraulic pump to be repaired including machine shop job with spare

Port and STBD side main engines electrical safety system and engine control panel to be renewed including engine wirings ,temperature meter, Lub oil presser meter, R.P.M. meter, AMP meter, Hour meter, stop solenoid, and all sensor up to Wheel house.

Rudder angle indicator set renewal including complete wire connection.

Both side hydraulic gear full overhauling.(supply of spars and machine shop jobs will be done by WBSTC)

P.T.O Gear full overhauling to be done including spare and machine shop job.

Damaged Bilge pipe line(50NB) renewal to be done including new joints and fasteners.

Bilge pipe line(100NB) cleaning to be done including new joints and fasteners.

Damaged GM glove valve(25NB) to be renewed

Non-functional GM Glob valve(50NB and 25NB) to be serviced and pressure tested

Fire Hydrant valve repair and pressure tested to be done

100NB Bilge Line gate valve repair to be done

Sea chests and valve chest to be renewed.

Emergency engine stop valve(Q.C) to be servicing and new wire connection to be done.

H.S.D Line & bilge line semi rotary hand pumps are to be repaired including spare parts.

All the HSD tanks including pipe line cleaning to be done.

Sea water supply tubewell to be renewed including suction valve and pipe line.

Wheel house inside panelling to be renewed including inside frame work

Wheel house window to be renewed.(Aluminium sliding)

Renewal of manhole as per existing including new rubber joint and S.S. Studs and nut

Damaged concrete flooring including WC to be renewed

Propeller shaft & Rudder arrangement including all bushes are to be dismantled and fitted back after necessary repair.

Port and STBD side propeller(900mm dia,4 blades, Mn-Bronze) to be renewed for fitment with the existing propeller shaft including Dynamically balancing ,Approx. weight of each propeller -90kg.(Propeller design will be provided by WBSTC)

Propeller and coupling bed-in with the respective propeller shaft.

Port and STBD side Propeller shaft worn out journals metalizing by S.S Electrode & machining to suit with the respective bushes and trueness to be checked & rectified.

Rudder stock worn out journals to be metalizing and machining

Rudder stock Top & Bottom GM Bushes and Gland Cover to be re-sleeved.

Port and STBD side gland bush with cover to be re-sleeved

Rubber cutlass bush re-rubberizing. (Stern gear arrangement)

Port and STBD side propeller shaft alignment w.r.t. the engine, stern tube and 'A' Bracket to be done as required during renewal of damaged bottom plate around this zone, rudder trunking tube also to be re-aligned as required

Fabrication and fitment of strainer for both side sea water suction line.

Supply and fitment of inverter 1600VA (Make-Luminous/Livguard) including necessary terminal cable and change over switch.

Entire 220volt electric wiring fittings and appliances are to be checked and defective appliances are to be renewed,24Volt navigation system to be checked and made in order and deck ,crews cabin, engine room, Kitchen and toilet lighting arrangement are to be connected with inverter

Anchor winch to be servicing including chain locker and chain cleaning and painting.

Entire vessel external and internal surfaces along with inside frame work, bulkheads, cabin, deck fittings, railings etc. to be thoroughly chipped, scrapped, cleaned and painted as per enclosed painting schedule
