Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint Apex of Asian brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

P/F precaoted galvanised iron profile sheets 0.50mm total coated thickness with zinc coating 120gm per sqm as per IS:277,in 240mpa steel grade,5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyster top coat 15-18 microns.Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micron minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12m or as desired by Engineer-In-Charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5X55mm)with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces excluding cost of purlins,rafters and trusses and i/c cutting to size and shape wherever required

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain GS sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks ,bolts and nuts 8mm dia GI limpet and bitumen washers complete 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/sqm

GI metal ceiling lay in plain tegular edge global white colour tiles of size 595X595mm and 0.50mm thick with 8mm drop made of GI sheet having galvanising of 100gms/sqm and electro statically polyster powder coated of thickness 60 microns i/c factory painted after bending

Repair to pilaster in patches of 2.50 Sqm and under and 10 to 15 to 15mm thick i/c cutting the patch in proper shap and repilastering the surface of the wall i/c disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in a lead of 20 mtr with cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 sand)

P/L vitrified tiles in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make in all colours and shade in skirting, riser of steps, over 12mm thick bed of CM1:3 jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg/sqm. i/c grouting the joint with white cement and matching pigments etc complete size of tile 600X600mm

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.
