Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtrs wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtrs depth for pipe line in any type of soil,getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returing,filling in, including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exceeding 50mtrs away and depositing where directed not exceeding 1.5 mtrs the starting point omplete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down CI/DI/MS pipe and connections including taking down sluice valve, air release valve of 100 mm dia from trench complete all as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including taking down sluice valve, air release valve of 80 mm dia from trench complete all as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including taking down sluice valve , air release valve of 50 mm dia from trench complete all as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 25 mm dia alongwith gate valves, ball brass valves of 25mm dia etc from trecnehs/wall/roof/ceiling etc complete all as directed

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 20 mm dia alongwith gate valves, ball brass valves of 20mm dia etc from trenches/wall/roof/ceiling etc complete all as directed

Supply, lay connected and testing ductile iron pipes 100 mm dia with spigot and socket ends class"K-9", conforming to IS-8329-2000 laid in trenches as per IS-12288-1987 complete of following size including provision of rubber joint (push on type) all as specified and directed. Make : Electrol steel / sri pipe / Tisco / TATA / Jindal Note : (i) Earth work excavation,RFR and removal of soil shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Specials for DI pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply, lay connect and testing of galvanised steel tubes (GI), medium grade for the following size with screwed socket joint, together with all tube fittings (such as bends, tees, unions,elbows, connecting pieces etc) and fixing in wall with standard fittings for GI pipe in walls complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laying in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jindal (Hissar)/Tata/Kalinga/Surya Prakash /Zenith/Oswal Note:- (i) Earth work excavation, RFR and removal of soil shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Make good of disturbed wall with necessary PCC and painting to exisiting colour is deemed to be in the quoted rate for Sl item Nos 10.03 & 10.04

Supply and fixing cast iron sluice valve class PN10,both end flanged, suitable for 100 mm bore confirming to IS-14846 (2000) duly ISI marked with wheel operated handle with high tensile stainless steel spindle, including nuts, bolts, washers etc of required size including making arrangmenet of safe working complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing cast iron air release valve, both end flanged, with double ball of size 100 mm dia bore all as per IS-14845 (2000) and fixing up in DI water supply mains 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix gun-metal, globe or gate valves of size 25 mm with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iorn pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix gun-metal, globe or gate valves of size 20 mm with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iorn pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of ball brass valves of 25mm dia, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and flynut complete all asspecified and as directed.

Supply lay connect test and fix for DI bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight,bend, increasing, decreasing or doble socket etc). Tee pieces single branch "Y" junction ,double branch,cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs as perBESN : IS-9523 (2000) upto 150mm bore including jointing and jointing material complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L boring of holes under road pavement hard standing by trenches using ultra sounding techniques and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4Mpa working pressure complete all as directed.

Materials and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal dimension 100 x 100 x 100 cm depth with sub class new 'B' bricks in CM (1:4) and 100mm thick plastering in CM (1:4), PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 100 mm braded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in bedding and copping MS frame with 50x50x 6 mm angle iron 4mm thick MS sheet cover plate with locking arrangements,hingles and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of sufrace, three coats of while wash on plastered surface (exposed to view) including necessary excavation in soft loose, soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
