Reimbursable amount towards dividend distribution & related cost like RTA, overhead etc.

Note 1: In case of any discrepancy between figure and words, lumpsum rate quoted in words shall be considered for evaluation and award.

Note 2: The amount to be paid by Bank shall be calculated by multiplying lumpsum rate quoted by Bank as above with the EOD Balance (in Rs Crore upto two decimal places) for the number of nights the funds will remain with the Bank starting from the day funding is made in the subject Dividend Account to one day prior to the Payout date. The duration of funds will remain is expected to be between 12 to 14 days.

Note 3: The amount so calculated shall be paid by the Bank to EIL within 15 days from the date of request letter by EIL as mentioned in Note 4.

Note 4: EIL shall provide a signed request letter to the Bank specifying its account details to which above agreed amount shall be paid by the Bank. No Tax Invoice or any supporting document for reimbursamble amount shall be provided by EIL.

Note 5: In case two or more bidders offer same Reimbursable amount as per above SOR , then the bidder with highest Net Worth as per Standalone Financial statements as on 31.03.2026, available in the public domain, shall be considered for evaluation.
