Supply / Fabrication of LT Panel Board cubical type, floor mounting, dust & vermin proof construction, of the minimum size 1000 mm X 1000 mm X 375 mm, suitable for indoor fixing, made out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet (frame of 14 SWG), having chambers suitable to switch gears to be fitted as below with provisions for cable entry from bottom. The panel should have separate cable alleys and bus bar alleys. It should be suitable for operation and maintenance from the front and having removable covers at the back and having doors complete with locks etc. at the front for each chamber. The rating of main bus bars has to be 63 Ampere for three phases and half for the neutral in Aluminium construction duly sleeved with phase indicating heat shrinkable Sleeves. It should be complete in all respect along with painted through powder coating process and all the switchgears( from S.no 7 to 29) duly fitted / installed properly as per requirement for 1 nos motors and directions of engineer in charge.

Providing / fixing of MS enclosure for monobloc motor having a lockable gate in the front and solid MS sheet on the top of at least 14 SWG and MS jaal on all 4 sides of the enclosure to protect the monobloc from elements of nature. With suitable arrangement and space for the incoming and outgoing pipe and monobloc as per site requirement and directions of engineer in charge

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement for the base of main incomer panel, including cement slurry as per site requirement

Providing fixing of Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement for the base of main monobloc motor and MS foundation, including cement slurry as per site requirement for motor with a height of atleast 20 cm from the ground level

Assembling, installing, testing and commissioning all above material(2 monobloc including accessories at Varunalaya Ph-II OLB(10 HP) including monobloc sets, panel, fixing in panel and making proper electric connections for all electric equipments, fixing of sluice valves, NRV, gate valves and all equipments with proper support and rubber packing where required including any civil work required with proper finishing and taking safety precautions as per site requirement.

Painting all pipes, valves, MS frame, accessories etc with 2 coats of black enamel paint at Gali datta ram OLB.
