Construction of Soil Tandla road Km. 0/00 to 5/250 under PMGSY-IV, Batch-I for the year 2025-2026

Excavation in soil in hilly areas in all heights and depths, in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damages to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side .Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) .All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines ,grades, sides slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge in conformity with the requirements of MoRD technical specification for Rural Road, Section. 300 & 1600 to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites safe manner and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load and animal transport and mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, tools, equipment’s and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. During the mobilization period, contractor should take the advanced x-sec in 15 m (fifteen metre) interval of whole road length in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his representative. In case the advanced x-sec has been taken in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge representative, in that case the same has to be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge. The land for dumping sites shall be arranged by the contractors himself and nothing extra shall be paid on this account, filling of unevenness blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer in-charge for smooth riding. The recovery for stones ,whether useful or 138.78 (One hundred thirty eight point seven eight) cubic metre at the rate of Rs 300/-only (Rupees three hundred only ) per cubic meter amounting to Rs. 41634/- only shall be effected on prorata basis in all circumstances .Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor ,which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and Parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and as per direction of the Engineer- in – Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layer not executing 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring, strutting, pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per direction of Engineer in-Charge. Including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm (three hundred millimetre) below the subgrade level, watered, graded with motor grader and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 of MORD with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to one hundred) Kn (kilonewton) static roller for subgrade construction as per MORD Technical Specification section 300. as per direction of Engieer-in-Charge. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with in all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading by mechanical means to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 (eighty - hundred) kN (kilonewton) static roller to meet requirement of Table 300.2 complete as per MORD technical Specification section 300 & 1600 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of 1st layer Bio enzyme (100 mm) (Hundred millimetre)thick based soil stablised layer (accredited by IRC) to a required thickness as per manufacturer design with local soil material/gravel/murram, having CBR greater than Equal to 5% (Five percent) and treating it with Bio Enzyme in the ratio 1L (one letre) for 12.5 cum (twelve point five cubic metre) soil , spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface. mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification incl all labour, materials, like soil and metal, equipments etc., complete, including Supervision (Supervisor shall be provided by Bio Enzyme Vendor) as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work . Bio Enzyme Supervisor accomodation, food and local transport will be in scope of Contractor. The soil will have clay percentage by hydrometry between 8% to 30%, (eight percent to thirty percent) including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of 2nd layer Bio enzyme (75mm) (seventy five millimetre) based soil stabilised layer (accredited by IRC) to a required thickness as per manufacturer design with local soil material/gravel/murram, having CBR greater than Equal to 6% (six percent) and treating it with Bio Enzyme in the ratio 1L (One letre) for 15.0 cum (fifteen point zero cubic metre) soil with 25% (twenty five percent) 40mm (forty millimetre) crusher broken metal(of compacted thickness) in desing mix, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface. mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification incl all labour, materials, like soil and metal, equipments etc., complete, including Supervision (Supervisor shall be provided by Bio Enzyme Vendor) as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work . Bio Enzyme Supervisor accomodation, food and local transport will be in scope of Contractor. Applying of curing material TerraCure after the application of Bio Enzyme layer (accredited by IRC) for by mixing TerraCure with water in the ratio of 1:200 (one isto two) and then appyling the mixed solution @ 3 (three) Litres for 1 sqm (one square metre) including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN (eighty to hundred kilonewton) weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per MORD Technical Specification section 400 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Prime Coat Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane Nano technology (for bitumen emulsion application, IRC accredited) with cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI and water <1000 (greater than one thousand)ppm TDS in the ratio of 1.00 (One) killogramme organo silane nanotechnology :100 (One killogramme) cationic bitumen emulsion CSS I.00 (one) :200(two hundred) litre water Mixing & Spraying : Take 1.00 (one ) Killogramme of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 (two hundred) litre water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 (One hundred) cationic bitumen under circulation. Mix the solution completely .Spray the solution @1.00 kg (one Killogramme) per sqm on compacted surface . Rate including all materials labour hire charges of machinery etc .complete as per MoRD specifications clause 502 & direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incredentail The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Tack Coat Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane nanotechnology (for bitumen emulsion application IRC accredited with cationic bitumen CRSI and water<1000 (greater than one thousand)ppm TDS in ratio of 1.00 (one) killogramme organo silane:100 (one) killogramme cationic bitumen emulsion CRS I.00: 200 One is to two hundred) litre water .Mixing & Spraying : Take 1.40 (One point four zero) litre of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 (two hundred) litre water while filling water in tanker/ drum and then add 100.00 (One hundred) litre cationic bitumen emulsion under circulation. Mix the solution completely .Spray the solution @ 0.3-0.4 (zero point three to zero point four) killogramme per square metre on compacted base . Rate including all materials labour hire charges of machinery etc .complete as per MoRD specifications clause 503 & direction of Engineer –in- Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.
