Miscellaneous Repair works in Design Department

Applying putty of total thickness 1mm in two coats of approved brands Birla / JK / Asian to wall surfaces at all heights including applying suitable primer after through scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the old paint surface by manually / mechanically including necessary scaffolding and staging where ever required. Putty shall be finished till a smooth and even surface is achieved etc., complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 7 mm thick pre finished gypsum tile boards of Armstrong / USG knauf or equivalent make (Equivalent cost & Specifications) of Size 600 x 600 mm of approved texture, design and patterns, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised powder coated iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to formgrid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling usinggalvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grains per sqm) i.e. 12x50 mm long dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L- shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6 mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with precut hole on both 25mm flange to pierce into 12x50mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with Glavanised iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphey wall/ partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 50mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The workshall be carried out as per specifications complete all as directed.

Repairs to existing false ceiling and replacing the damaged boards with matching boards including required materials and manpower, scaffolding & staging and disposal of damaged sheets and grid to scrap yard etc., complete

Demolishing/Chipping/Removing of existing RCC chajjas,lintels of height 10M manually / by mechanically means without damaging the boundary wall and other structures in and around, separate the reinforcement bars and handover the same to Disposal section by weighment and stack the unserviceable material within 50 meters lead etc., complete all as directed

Demolishing of RR/ PCC/ RCC/ Brick wall in Cement mortar by manually / mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material & handing over of useful materials to scrapyard / YCM Civil R&M section and disposal of unserviceable materials with in a 100M lead etc., complete all as directed by EIC

Construction of Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non-Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto 10M height in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of cement (PPC - Ramco), required materials and scaffolding / staging etc., complete all as directed.

Drilling of holes of dia 16mm to 25mm by using electrically operated machine or any other equipment in existing plain or reinforced cement concrete upto a minimum depth of 100 mm and upto 200 mm deep, fixing the reinforcement in position by grouting "Lock Fix" of fosroc make or equivalent including cost of labour, tools & plant but excluding cost of reinforcement bars etc., complete all as directed. Supply and providing HYSD bar reinforcement of Fe-550D grade of approved make SAIL / RINL / TISCO including transportation, straightning, cutting, bending and binding with annealed binding wire of 18 gauge (1.22mm dia) complete all labour and material etc., complete all as directed. (Nature of work from 0.5M to 12M from GL)

Providing water proof MS / Wooden centering and shuttering including strutting, propping for lintels and slabs and whereever specified etc., including removal of form work complete etc., complete all as directed. (Nature of work from 0.5M to 12M from GL)
