M&L for Dark shade/black colour Virified Ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile colour including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x 200x7 or 350x250x7 mm or 450x350x7 mm thick, in vertical surfaces, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cold mix Bitumen for repair of Road/Path/Culvert complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair rolled MS in joist, angle, channel sections fixed independently without connecting plates etc of grade Fe 410W (Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair mild steel round bar 10mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia(Fe-410-W or (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair stainless steel (Grade 304) composite section of hollow pipe/tube, flat, plates, angle section, fancy pipe top caps etc. of for sign board welded with stainless steel rod, of any size, shape, description including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
