Following Works are to be Carried out for Checking, Servicing, Overhauling & Maintenance of 04 No. L.T. ACDB (2No. Incomer ACBs & 1 No. Bus Coupler ACBs) installed at Each, 132 KV S/S Faridpur, 132 KV S/S Bareilly-II (Balipur), 132 KV S/S Bareilly Town and 132KV S/S Richha (Baheri) along with other associated works under E.T.D. Bareilly, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&P etc. required for Satisfactory Completion of the Works as per Direction of the Supervising Engineer :

Servicing and overhauling of 04 No ACDB (coupler of 02 No. Incomer breaker 3-phase 50Hz 625A and 01 No bus coupler ACB). The Work involves Checking of Spring Charging Mechanism, Push Button Operation, Cleaning of ARC Chute Assembly, Spring Lever Mechanism including Changing of C.T., other Misc. Parts, if found defective. (1 Job for each ACBs)

Maintenance Work of 4 No. ACDB. The Work involves Replacement of damaged Bus Bar, Contactor, Relay, Heat Shrinkable Sleeve, Aux. Switch, Knob, Moving Contact, Rotary Switch, Fuse, Indication Lamp, Ammeter, Voltmeter etc., whenever required / found defective. The Work also includes Making Arrangement for Proper Closing of the Panel by Repairing of Panel including Replacement of damaged Rubberized Beading of Panel Door. The Material shall be Provided by the Department Free of Cost, as per requirement.

Testing of 12 No. ACBs along with associated Over Current Relay, Earths Fault Relay, MCCB etc. for their Proper Operation & Tripping. The Work also includes Setting of Plug Multiplier Setting, Time Multiplier Setting etc., as required.
