Disconnection of electric connection of car washer from existing TPN MCCB by means of screw driver or other tools and transporting to workshop for tracing out defect.
Dismantling of 3 phase electric motor from the common base of car washer by disconnecting all electric connection, fan belt, fan pully etc and carry out necessary servicing /repair by replacement of following parts:-
(a) Replacement of fan belt 2 Nos size B-62
(b) Replacement of burnt out motor winding
(c) motor cooling fan/ring
S&F gun metal jet nozzle
Complete servicing of water compressor assembly by opening of piston box and repair/replacement of following parts:-
(a) Replacement of suction hose box as per sample
(b) Replacement of piston ring and bearing
(c) Replacement of oil seal kit
(d) Piston box oil of suitable grade
(e) Piston connecting assembly
(f) Grease of suitable grade
S & F heavy duty PVC flexible pressure hose pipe having internal dia 12mm for washing purpose
Ressembling of complete water compressor as one unit after repair and transporting back & carry out necessary testing for entire satisfaction of AGE E/M
