Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out for laying pipes as in soft and loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm, complete all as directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as directed.

M & L for laying cement concrete for supporting of CI/DI/GI pipes 0.60 RM below ground level and upto 5 RM above the ground level using B2 (1:2:4), 40 mm graded aggregates, smooth finishing without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up and down GI tubing including GI fittings complete from trench/wall/ceiling/floor suitable for 15mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up and down GI tubing including GI fittings complete from trench/wall/ceiling/floor suitable for 20mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up and down GI tubing including GI fittings complete from trench/wall/ceiling/floor suitable for 25mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up and down GI tubing including GI fittings complete from trench/wall/ceiling/floor suitable for 40/50 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying of GI tubing 25 mm dia of any grade as in trenches, after cleaning, rethreading the old screw thread with replacement of unservicable fittings and fixtures for material obtained from item No. 5 and 6 here-in-before.

Note: (1) Cost of spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ schedule (2) Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately. (3) cost of all T&P shall be included in quoted rates (4) Cost of lead joint, spun yarn, gland packing etc., shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of schedule.

M & L for repair and replacement of existing brick masonry valve chamber with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 as in foundation and full brick wall of size (150x150x150) cm (internal dimension), 2mm thick MS cover with locking arrangement, welded on angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm, embedded on top of valve chamber, including and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer, including necessary work etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
