Earth work in excavation by Mecanical means ( Hydraulic Excavator) Manual means over Areas Exclooding 30cm in Depth , 1.5m in With as well as 10 Sqm on Plan including getting out and disposal of Excavated earth load upto 50 m and Lift upto 1.5m as direction by engineer in Charge . The Contractor has defect different utilities like Sever line, water supply line, electric cable , Telephone Cable , Gas Pipe line Etc. using Utility Detecting Machine Before Start of Excavation and Shall atart Excavated only After Getting Permission on E/I.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically treated bars of Grade Fe-500D or More

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). All works upto plinth level

Providing wall putty on New Surface with Approved Quality Material of Berger/J.K/Birla or Similar make 2 Coats.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 10.0 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
