REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR (RFP) SELECTION OF TRANSACTION ADVISOR FOR DEVELOPMENT OF NEW OUTER HARBOUR AT CHENNAI PORT ON DESIGN, BUILD, FINANCE, OPERATE AND TRANSFER (DBFOT) BASIS

Basic cost for providing Transaction Advisory Services for preparation of Detailed Project Report comprising Technical Study and Financial Analysis, Project Strcture, Revenue Model etc., preparation of Bidding Documents and assist the Authority during the bidding process up to achieving the Financial Close by the Selected Concessionaire for the Project "Development of New Outer Harbour at Chennai Port on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOt) basis" Note: Note: 1. The financial evaluation shall be based on the above Financial Proposal, excluding applicable GST. 2. All other charges, taxes etc, not shown here and all insurance premia are considered included in the basic cost. 3. The aforesaid professional fees, payable to the Consultant in accordance with the Financial Proposal, shall cover the costs of telephone/fax, photocopying, couriers and postage, collections and deliverables, travelling expense, stationery, costs of support staff and counsel fee, cost of stamping Agreement, cost towards making 15 sets of Deliverables in colour, overheads, etc., No additional charges in respect thereof shall be due or payable. The fees shall be limited to the amounts indicated above and no escalation on any account will be payable on the above amounts. 4. Outstation travel (for locations other than Chennai) shall be undertaken as per the request of the Authority, maximum two key personnel or one key personnel and an Assistant / Associate Consultant shall be entitled to economic class air travel and board and lodging in a Three-star hotel. Bills for reimbursement hereunder may be submitted along in original supporting material and a Statement of Expenses, duly certified by the Authorised Representative. 5. All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees and shall be subject to applicable Indian laws withholding taxes if any. 6.
