Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement/ lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought to courses, curved on plan to a mean radius not exceeding 6m, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster work any description from brick or stone wall/ ceiling etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished fair and even complete all specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smoothwithout using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of wall surfaces and applying one coat of white cement base wall care putty 2 mm thick on walls finished even and smooth with sand paper and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below/above ground level) including floor finishes complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismatling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0,(12.5mm graded aggregate) in floors, finished cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks glossy top any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement with pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) kerb solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 icluding necessary earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course finished even and fair for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, as in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Non skid ceramic tiles light coloured (square/rectangular) of size 300x300 mm and thickness 8 to 9 mm thick, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including and over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for glazed ceramic tiles light coloured of size not less than 300x450 mm and thickness 7 to 8 mm, on vertical surfaces such, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including and over rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles (jointless) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles (jointless) 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 on vertical surfaces such as skirting / dados over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the floor/wall all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 18 to 20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc laid and bedded in any mortor all as directed.

M&L 20 mm thick machine cut granite of approved colour as in window sill or in platforms etc,bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including moulding the edges half round on exposed side over and including 15 mm thick screed base in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing factory made solid prelaminted PVC moulded flush Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design wood grain on both sides complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided in to squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24(a), supplied and fitted to chowkats.
