Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, Jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/dewatering upto any lift, stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layer when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: Foundations and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Kota stone slab flooring 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab. Including rubbing and polishing complet40 mm thick including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing Basket ball poles including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen millimetre ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. (Thirty x thirty x five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to all floor level and removal of same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) , partitions and the like including attached pillasters ,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in : Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level : including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Applying cement slurry on R.C.C. slab or cement concrete work using 2.75 kg. of cement per sq.metre of floor area before laying cement concrete flooring including roughening, cleaning of the concrete surfaces complete. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.
