Providing and laying vitrifief tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08%(zero point zero eight percent) and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colours and shade in skirting, riser of steps over 12mm.(twelve milimetre) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(one cement : three coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg.(three point three kilograms)per square metre including grouting the joint with white ement and matching pigments etc., complete, size of tile 600x600mm(six hundred into six hundred milimetres), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc., complete and stsacking hin 50(fifty)metres lead of area 3 (three square)metre and below, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS :4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60mm.(one point six zero milimetres)thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm.(fifty into twenty five milimeetres)or base ties of 1.60mm.(one point six zero milimetres)pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together vby mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5mm.(two point five milimetres)thick with mortar guards, lock strike plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge :-

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m(one point five meter)in width or 10 sq.m(ten square metre)on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m(one point five meter) including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in any leads, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six coarse sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 20 mm.(twenty milimetres) nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : Six coarse sand )including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. Half Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. Providing and fixing factory made ISI Marked steel glaze doors, windows and ventilators, side/top/centre hung with beading and all members such as F7D, F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc., complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer, nut excluding the cost of other fittings, complete all as per approved design,(sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment),including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
