Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in charge. Hardrock (blasting prohibited).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-iii) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-iii) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete, lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers, columns, pillars, piers, Abutments, posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for r.c.c. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-mechanically treated bars of grade fe-500D or more.

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones for 23 cms thick masonry walls in cm. 1 : 5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) in foundation upto plinth level and in superstructure from floor I level upto floor V level.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. With G.I. barbed wire

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete.
