Taking down old u/s copper /Aluminium point wiring (Light ,fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc), removing materials from site and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring Surface type with 1.5 Sqmm, single core (FRLS), PVC insulated with multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable including rigid non metallic PVC surface Caping casing /conduit 20 mm or higher dia, ISI marked complete with all PVC conduit accessories / fittings and sunk switch boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated hard glossy surface sheet (white) top cover, including continuous earth wire of PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1.5 Sqmm multistrand copper conductor (FRLS) connected to all fittings, sunken boxes and common earth and connected to earth dolly , screwed with screws, cup washers complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (a) One light point/ fan/ exhaust fan point/bell point controlled by one, one way switch of 5/6 Amps.

(b)one socket outlet three pin 5 amps control by one switch on the same board

(c)one socket outlet three pin 5 amps control by one switch on independent board

(d) One light point controlled by two, two way switch of 5/6 amps

(e) One bell point point controlled by one bell push switch of 5/6 Amps on same boad.

(f)All as per Item No 2 above but with 2.5 Sq mm cable (FRLS) for one 15 Amp socket outlet controlled by one switch on independent board and 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete.

Material & Labour in repair for sub main wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 2x6 Sqmm, of code Red for Phase,Black For Neutral & Green For Earth concealed in wall and drawn including PVC conduit along with 6 Sqmm single core copper conductor multi stranded cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement for GI tubing 40 mm dia light grade for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair of 1100 volts, 3 core flexible cable with PVC insulated copper conductor with each core 1 sqmm all as specified and directed.

M & L of PVC exhaust fan AC single phase 230/240V of size 280 mm sweep with rewinding super enameled copper winding wire of suitable size and proving with suitable insulation including repalcement of wornout nut bolt washer blade split pin etc reassembling and testing on completion and refix in position complete all as specified and directed.
