M&L for descaling cleaning of complete makeup tank chilled water pipe, copper condenser/evaporator pipe ,cleaning air filterof 40TR central air cooled chiller type AC plants of following capacities by circulating suitable descaling compound / solution into the tube/pipe with pump, and running the pump continuously till all the scale from tub/pipe are removed including removing side covers of condenser and cleaning the copper tubes by means of nylon brushes till the complete scaling is removed and refixing of covers including replacement of rubber gasket and refixing pipe connection etc. all as specified and directed to complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Note :- contrator will carried out descaling work two time during contract period and shall be measured two times, the time interval between both descaling will intimated by Engineer -in-charge as per requirement .

M&L for taking out Chilled water pumps 7 HP opening the motor, cutting & removing old and burnt winding wire, rewinding the motor with new super enameled copper winding wire of suitable size including insulating materials, varnishing, drying, replacement of both driven end non driven end bearings,shaft and base plate, reassembling, refixing and alingnment properly in same position & connecting with coupling shaft including testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed

Supply and fix in repair of coupling for 7 HP pump and motor

Supply and fix in repair of 100 mm dial type Pressure Gauge with appropriate range & SS valves and SS tubing all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair of set of individual confirm 150 mm dial type Temp Gauge with appropriate range & SS valves and SS tubing all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Comprehensive / Preventive maintenance / servicing of chilled water 4 way cassette unit /FCU up to 4.0 ton capacity of any make, maintenance carried out by cleaning of cooling and condenser coil of indoor and outdoor units with descaling solution,testing / checking the serviceability of spares such as starting capacitor, running capacitor, fan motor, blower motor relays, thermostat, & wiring etc and servicing complete of indoor and outdoor units complete. Note:- (i) Spares such as s, fan blade, blower motor relays, thermostat, & wiring etc if found defective will be measured & paid separately as supply & fix in repairs.
