Repair to TABLE DINING 06/08 PERSONS FD- 239, 273, 289

(a) S & F new table top for dining 06 pers made of prelaminated particle board 18/19mm thick exterior grade in teak finish duly covered with half round PVC edgining in black colour or approved colour on open ends/all round/all around the table top irrespective of whatever is shown on drawing as in replacement of unserviceable/broken top complete all as specified, shown on drawing.

(b) S & F new table top for dining 08 pers made of prelaminated particle board 18/19mm thick exterior grade in teak finish duly covered with half round PVC edgining in black colour or approved colour on open ends/all round/all around the table top irrespective of whatever is shown on drawing as in replacement of unserviceable/broken top complete all as specified, shown on drawing.

(c ) M & L for repolishing of complete exposed surfaces of table dining 06 persons after preparation of surfaces with one coat of french polish complete all as specified and directed.

(d ) M & L for repolishing of complete exposed surfaces of table dining 08 persons after preparation of surfaces with one coat of french polish complete all as specified and directed

(e) S & F new leg of table Dining 06/08 pers made of teak wood of size and shape/pattern as in replacement of unserviceable/broken leg complete all as specified shown on drawing and directed

(f ) S & F new front/rear rail of table dining 06/08 pers made of teak wood of size and shape/pattern as in replacement of unserviceable/broken rail complete all as specified shown on drawing and directed

(g) S & F new side rail of table dining 06/08 pers made of teak wood of size and shape/pattern as in replacement of unserviceable/broken side rail complete all as specified shown on drawing and directed

Repair to CHAIR DINING FD- 279, 228, 285, 225, FD MAP-II/05

(a) S & F new front leg chair dining/wooden bottom made of teak wood of size and shape/pattern as in replacement of old unserviceable old broken legs

(b) All as per item No. 2.01(a) here in before but rear leg of chair dining complete all as specified and as directed

(c ) All as per item No. 2.01 (a) here in before but front /side/rear of rails seat of chair dining complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed

(d) All as per item No. 2.01 (a) here in before but stiffener of chair dining complete all as specified shown on drawing and directed

(e) Recanning of Chair dining with white plastic cane 2mm to 2.5mm wide gola type shah/premier brand, weaving shall be done in godrej pattern not more than 10 knots in one chair complete all as specified and shown on drawing including removing of unserviceable cane and cleaning the Surfaces for recanning complete all as specified and directed

(f) S & F of new PVC seat for chair dining and removing/replacement of old unserviceable complete all as specified and shown on drawing and directed by GE

(g) M&L for flat iron of 540 mm long, 25 x 3mm strip supporting to base of chair dinning complete all as specified and as directed

(h) M & L re-polishing of complete exposed surface of cahir dining after preparation of surface with one coat of french polish all as specified and as directed

Repair to CHAIR EASY FD-229, 201, 256

(a) S & F new front/rear leg of chair easy made of teak wood of size and shape/pattern as in replacement of unserviceable/broken leg

(b) All as per item No. 3.01(a) here in before but arm rest of chair easy complete all as specified and as directed

(c) All as per item No. 3.01(a) here in before but front/back support of chair easy complete all as specified and as directed

(d ) All as per item No. 3.01 (a) here in before but front /side/rear of rails seat of chair easy complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed

(e) M & L re-polishing of complete exposed surface of chair easy after preparation of surface with one coat of french polish all as specified and as directed

(f) Recanning of wooden/steel furniture as per the requirement with white plastic cane 2 to 2.5 mm wide gola type shah/premier brand, weaving shall be done in godrej pattern not more than 10 knots in one chair complete all as specified and shown on drawing including removing of unserviceable cane and cleaning the holes for recanning complete all as specified and directed

Repair to SOFA SET 5/4 SEATER WITH CUSHION FD 281

(a) Supply of foam cushion of size 21"x 22"x 100 mm thick of 32 density for sofa set 5 seater of make sleep well/Kurlon cushion of M/s Kurlon ltd duly covered with tapesty cloth of approved quality and shade complete all as specified and directed Note :- Rate of tapestry cloth not less than that 220.00 per meter and standard width quality and shade shall be approved by GE

Repair to CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLY TOP FD-220

(a) Taking out unserviceable ply wood top from GI charpoy and S & F 12 mm thick plywood top commercial type BWR grade with 10 Nos. new nut & bolts of size 5mmx65mm/5mmx100mm and 2mm thick washers including tightening/assembling of loose frames/componenet complete all as specified and directed

(b) S & F in replacement three ways GI Elbow 32mm size 60mm long make Jolly/RK/ISI marked as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed

Repair to ALMIRAH LARGE/MED STEEL WITH SELVES/LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL FD-67, 1031, 1029, 1034, 1032

(a) Removing of dent and bent and preparation the old painted surface of Almirah large steel as per as per drawing no. FD-1031 67 (M) esternally by redusting the cleaning oily/greasy spots patches by kerosene oil, scrapping and sanding flacky surfaces, applying putty and primer on visible depression and repainting of one coat of synthetic enamel paint (OG)/Smoke grey with spray machine complete all as specified and directed

(b) All as per item No. 8.01(a) herein before but internally with shelves complete all as specified and directed

(c ) Removing of dent and bent and preparation the old painted surface of Almirah Med steel as per as per drawing no. FD-1032/ 67 (M) externally by redusting the cleaning oily/greasy spots patches by kerosene oil, scrapping and sanding flacky surfaces, applying putty and primer on visible depression and repainting of one coat of synthetic enamel paint (OG)/Smoke grey with spray machine complete all as specified and directed

(d) All as per item No. 8.03 (c ) herein before but internally with shelves complete all as specified and directed

(e) Removing of dent and bent and preparation the old painted surface of Locker bed side steel as per as per drawing No. 1029 externally by redusting the cleaning oily/greasy spots patches by kerosene oil, scrapping and sanding flacky surfaces, applying putty and primer on visible depression and repainting of one coat of synthetic enamel paint (OG)/Smoke grey with spray machine complete all as specified and directed

(f) All as per item No. 8.05 (e) herein before but internally with shelves complete all as specified and directed

(g) S & F as in replacement of unservicealble lock with new lock having duplicate key of same size/specification to Almirah large steel/Medium/small stee//Locker bed side steel of approved quality complete all as specified and directed

(h) S & F as in replacement of unserviceable handle with new chromium plated steel handle of same size /specification to Almirah large steel/Medium/small stee//Locker bed side steel of approved quality complete all as specified and directed

(i) S & F as in replacement of unserviceable locking device set complete including locking bar, lever and cover with 3 way new locking device set to Almirah large steel/Medium/small stee//Locker bed side steel of approved quality complete all as specified and directed

(j) S & F as in replacement of unserviceable/broken aluminium hanging rod with new chromium plated steel hanging rod of 19 mm dia and 1 mm wall thickness with one pair of fixing brackets to Locker bed side steel of approved quality complete all as specified and directed

Repair to Table Bed Side FD/E6/MAP/15 ®

a) Removing of old unserviceable ply wood and provision of new ply wood 6mm thick, commercial fixed on back side of table, size as shown on drawing, ISI marked Complete all as shown in drgs and as directed.

b) Preparation of old/new wooden exposed surfaces by way of scrapping, rubbing, cleaning & applying one coat of high class French polish till glossy finish Complete all as shown in drgs and as directed.

c) Removing of old U/S sides of table bed side and S& F of new sides made of 18/19mm thick pre-lamininated particle board all as shown on drg and as directed.

(d) S & F as in replacement of unserviceable handle with new chromium plated D type steel handle 75mm for table bed side of approved quality complete all as specified and directed

Repair to Table dressing gents with mirror FD/E6/MAP/16

a) Removing of old unserviceable ply wood and provision of new ply wood 6mm thick, commercial fixed on back side of dressing mirror, size as shown on drawing, ISI marked Complete all as shown in drgs and as directed.

b) Removing of old U/S top and bottom sides of table dressing gents and S& F of new sides made of 18/19mm thick pre-lamininated particle board all as shown on drg and as directed.

c) Removing of old U/S verticle sides of table dressing gents and S& F of new sides made of 18/19mm thick pre-lamininated particle board all as shown on drg and as directed.

d) Removing US looking mirror and S&F of new looking mirror 5mm thick complete including wooden frame fixed with 6mm plywood back side of frame provided all as shown on drawing and as directed.

e) S&F in repairs RAWL plugs of approved quality complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

f) Preparation of old/new wooden exposed surfaces by way of scrapping, rubbing, cleaning & applying one coat of high class French polish till glossy finish Complete all as shown in drgs and as directed.

Repair to CHAIR VERANDAH STEEL FD-256

a) Recanning of Chair verandah steel with white plastic cane 4 mm wide gola type shah/premier brand, weaving shall be done in godrej pattern not more than 10 knots in one chair complete all as specified and shown on drawing including removing of unserviceable cane, cleaning the Surfaces for recanning and welding the weak/broken joints complete all as specified and directed

b) M & L for steel painting of complete exposed surfaces of chair verandah steel after preparation of surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

Repair to BED PLYTOP FD-245, 246, 247

(a) S & F 12 mm thick commercial type BWR grade plywood top of bed plywood as in replacement of old unserviceable plywood top including tightening of loose frame/assembling of loose components complete all as specified and directed

(b) M & L for repolishing of complete bed plytop after preparation of surface with french polish (one or more coat as required) complete all as specified and as directed
