Earth work excavation/cutting in ordinary soil for foundation/clearing accumulated waste sand including shoring & shuttering wherever required and depositing the spoil earth with lead upto 50m and lift upon 1.50m etc complete as per standard specification

PCC 1:5:10 using 40mm hard broken stone for Bed concrete for foundation etc. including all cost and conveyance of materials hire charges for shuttering and labour charges, curing etc. complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of cement.

Supplying and filling gravelly earth for the Playing area including watering, ramming, consolidating etc. complete as per standard specification.

Supplying, stacking and spreading of 6 mm nominal size blue granite stone in standard heaps for measurements including all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges for heaping etc complete as per standard specification

Supplying and filling River sand for the inside of the playing area including watering, ramming, consolidating etc. complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and paving of Artificial grass for the inside of the playing area including watering, ramming, consolidating etc. complete as per standard specification.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm hard broken stone for Belt, lintel & beam etc. including cost & conveyance of all material hire charges for shuttering, labour charges for boxing, mixing, placing, ramming, watering, curing etc. complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of cement & MS reinforcement.

MS reinforcement bent , tied and placed in position for all RCC works including all cost and conveyance of MS bars, binding wires, all labour charges, loading/ unloading charges etc. complete as per standard specification.

Cement block Masonry for super structure above plinth level up to 5.00m level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ). The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, loading-unloading charges, curing etc complete as per standard specification. but excluding cost of cement.

Fabrication, supply and erection of steel Frame work for roofing by using good quality GI 1.60 mm thick ( GI 16 gauge) Rectangular / Square section ( TATA Make) etc by welded or bolted in positions ( as per the Drawing) and closed the open ends of each sections including cleaning and applying one coat of Epoxy primer and Two coat of Epoxy Paint etc including all cost and conveyance of materials, all consumables, all labour charges, Hire charges for tools and plants, & labour charges for scaffolding etc complete as per standard specification

Supply and fixing Aluminium colour coated traffold sheets 0.50 mm thick approved quality and colour (Make: Tata/Oralium/Everlast/Jindal ) at all heights and levels covered the ridge line and corners with suitable and matching Aluminium sheet fixed with aluminium bolts etc. including all cost and conveyance of materials, all consumables, all labour charges, all fittings, all tools and plants, Hire charges & labour charges for scaffolding etc. complete as per standard specification

Supplying, Fixing and jointing 160 mm ( 6" ) Square type UPVC rain water gutter of approved brand for storm water line with required slope including all specials such as bends, Elbows, Tees, sockets, end drops, stop end , PVC coated GI clamp to the existing steel structural of roof work with PVC coated GI clamps etc. inciuding all cost and conveyance of materials, all labour charges hire charges for tools and plants, loading-unloading charges, welding of GI clamp , providing scaffolding etc complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing Poly carbonite fully corrugated sheet clear / UV stalised diffuser type having minimum thickness 1.80 mm with width of 1050 mm& length of 3 .00 m to suit with Aluminium colour coated traffold sheets for roof & side clading fixed with suitable size Zinc phosphated galvanized and polymer coated J or L bolts With washer and with necessary overlap of 150mm at ends including cost & conveyance of all materials , loading & unloading charges ,all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, dismantling and removing existing damaged roof/ side clading sheets, etc. complete as per standard specification. (Polycarbonite sheet make Lotus or equivalent)

Plastering with cm 1:4, 15mm thick one coat at all heights and levels floated hard and trowellied smooth including all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges, providing necessary scaffolding, watering and curing etc complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of cement.

Supplying and laying Interlocking tile 80mm or nearest size thickness minimum strength M30 approved quality & Factory made Cement concrete interlocking paver block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size, design and shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of 6mm and down grade broken stone, edges filling with same concrete, filling the tile joints with fine sand etc. complete as per standard specification( Rate shall include cost of material , transportation , loading &unloading charges, labour charges for laying and compaction before and after)

Supplying and fixing 110mm dia PVC pasted type pipe(6 Kg/cm2) for down water pipe/sanitation lines etc. including cutting masonry or concrete floor, sun shade etc. where ever found necessary for taking connections fixing the pipes to the walls with stainless steel clamps and st.screws including all cost and conveyance of materials all specials such as bends, elbows, sockets, loading unloading charges, all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification

Supplying and stacking ISI mark best quality portland cement (OPC/PPC) approved make including all cost and conveyance of materials, loading and unloading charges etc. complete (Payment will be made only for actual quantity of cement consumed)

Painting the in & out side walls of newly constructed wall with Acrylic exterior paint of approved quality and colour (Asian/Berger/ICI make) two coats over the one coat of white cement coating & one coat water based approved quality exterior wall putty after cleaning the surface at all heights and levels including all cost and conveyance of materials, all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, scaffolding charges, etc. complete as per standard specification.
