REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF LT CABLE AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND ALLIED WORKS UNDER GE WEST BAREILLY

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for LT cables complete including bricks all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading in layers n. exc 25cm thick each layer including watering & well ramming complete all as specified& directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out old defective cable from trenches/ floor/road/wall/pipe/pole/service connections of any size , testing with LT magger , seggregating the serviceable part of cables and store for relaying complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying in replacement of OH ACSR conductor / XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty electric cable with alumnium conductor ,1100 volts grade ,corss sectional area 6 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Making horizontal bore hole under road of 80 mm bore size at the depth not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of LT underground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Making horizontal bore hole under road of 50/40 mm bore size at the depth not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of LT underground cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement GI pipe light grade 80mm bore for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L fabrication of MS busbar chamber of nominal dimension 1000 mm x 800 mm x 400 mm duly provided with aluminimum busbar of size 60 mm x 6mm fixed on porcelain insulators TPN type out door weather/vermin proof with both way open ing duly provided with neoprene rubber gasket along the doors openings pedestal type duly painted powder coated on CRCA steel sheet encloser with one No incommer MCCB 400 Amp 35 KA (Make Havells /Standard) complete all as sepcified and directed incl making connection /thimbles etc complete.

M & L fabrication of MS busbar chamber of nominal dimension 900 mm x 600 mm x 400 mm duly provided with aluminimum busbar of size 50 mm x 6mm fixed on porcelain insulators TPN type out door weather/vermin proof with both way open ing duly provided with neoprene rubber gasket along the doors openings pedestal type duly painted powder coated on CRCA steel sheet encloser with one No incommer MCCB 250 Amp 35 KA complete all as sepcified and directed incl making connection /thimbles etc complete.

All as per srl item No 28 here-in-before but of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 300 mm and without MCCB

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised or steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically ( to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to strip 32x 6 mm size with nuts, bolts , check nuts , washers, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around, top & bottom watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel and wiremesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR -1991 Part I and connecting to arthing test point,main switch board and testing on completion including PCC chamber concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover 75mm thick with MS TMT bar 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c both ways in cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 all asshown in electrical plate in No 5 of SSR(Pt-I)1991 complete all as specified and dirfected by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for taking down of old aluminium conductor of any description /size from LT Poles including cross arms, bracing and other steel accessories.

Cutting of floor/wall/road/footpath for removal of LT U/G cable of any size/description and making good the same as per existing specification after relaying the same or new cable and all as specified & directed.

Re laying of serviceable LT cable obtained from srl item No.4 of any size and discription . ( Excavation , earth work, sand cushionning, bricks etc shall be measured seperatly under respective item of Sch.)

M &L for bus bar chamber, fixed on wall, 4 ways, 200 Amps, 415Volt powder coated water & vermin proof, IP 66 protection duly provided with front openable door including provision of TPN copper bus bar heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeve coated for phase & neutral complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair loop-in-loop out box of size 30x20x20cm made out from 1.6mm thick PVC sheet weather proof, dust and vermin proof with hinged door and locking arrangements with slanting cover on top and provision of 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 25mm x 2mm-4 Nos fixed on insulator and one MCB of capacity 6 Amps complete fixed on pole with and including suitable size MS flat iron clamps, nuts,bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed

Day to day maintenance of external electric system i.e feeding areas of various sub stations by attending external electric complaints by maintaining all incoming and outgoing LT Feeders, LT OH lines and rectification of any fault occured in the feeder of elect distribution system involving jumpers,ACSR conductors LT cables,LT panels,transformers,fuse element,all LT feeders,and connection in the service wires/cables, Removing of unserviceable portion of LTcable from trenches & cutting of cable ends & fixing of new aluminium lugs with criping tool & refixing on pole /panel/trench and attending of complaints for No Lights from poles and other type of faults in LT cable will be attended immediately by one skilled electrician and one helper.

Notes:- (a) Lugs & connected items shall be measured & paid separately under relevent items of sch 'A'. (b) Excavation & connected items are deemed to be included in the item rate. (c)Contractor shall provide all tools and plants and minor spares such as Ladder minor nuts bolts etc including maintain complaint register & job card slips duly printed as per sample approved by GE/Engr-in-charge required for doing the job related with electric supply and will be fully responsible for safety and security of their tradesman with out any extra cost to the department.

Supply only insulator pin type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green including one galvanized MS spindle, two GI washers & one GI nut of 100 mm height and 65 mm dia suitable for 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Suply only insulator shakle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green including galvanised mild steel washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts of size 75 mm height and 90 mm dia suitable for 1100 Volts grade working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing or PVC tape and over all PVC sheathed in service connections or in jumper wire for one twin core cable flat with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl No 40.00 here in before but 10 Sqmm twin core cable.

Notes:- 1.The time limit for attending the job/complaints complaints within 24 hour. 2. In case the contracts fails to attend/rectify the defects within the above time limit, penalty will the imposed as under:- (a) Rs100/- per day per complaints for first seven days after that Rs 1000/- per day per complaint. 3. The contractor or his authorised representative shall submit daily report to the Engineer-in-charge or concered JE at 0900 hour daily on all working days to receive order/instructions of the work.
