M&L for premix bituminous macadem (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen grade VG-30, roled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 ton capacity mechanical power roller complete with paving bitumin complete all as specified and directed

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying and spreading evenly a priming/ tack coat with bitumen cold emulsion @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix (using Paving Bitumin Grade VG-30) rolled and compacted to required camber, gradient and super elevation with 8 to 12 tonne capacity mechanical power roller, mixed in hot mix plant and spread with mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of New/Old Road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line, zebra crossing, stop lines etc., road marking of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' white or golden yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter filler, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and installation road stud (cat eye) made of non-breakable polycarbonate with electronically welded prismatic reflective lens on both sides of maximum retro reflection in wet and dry condition of size 100x 90x(16-18)mm, conforming to ASTM standards and fixed with bitumen adhesive BT-69 as per manufactures instructions as specified and as directed. Note: Body of stud shall be dust proof i.e non-dust accumulation on lens and also space shall be built for finger grip.
