Preparation of old painted bituminous or concrete surfaces of taxi track, dispersal etc. exc. 10 cm width and painting lines, curves, dashes, arrows, letters etc and applying one coat of runway marking paint of shade white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but n. exc. 10 cm width complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of untreated bituminous or concrete surfaces of taxi track, dispersal etc. exc. 10 cm width and painting lines, curves, dashes, arrows, letters etc and applying two coats of runway marking paint of shade white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of untreated bituminous or concrete surfaces of taxi track, dispersal etc. exc. 10 cm width and painting lines, curves, dashes, arrows, letters etc and applying two coats of runway marking paint of shade orange complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing marking of taxi track/dispersal by brushing/scrubbing with wire brush, using paint remover or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scraps any number of coats, any width or girth as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) with synthetic enamel paint n. exc. 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for writing stop, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully existing joint filling materials from old damaged joints of any description (which varies from 10 to 20 mm wide) scraping out old bituminous materials including cutting the edges of old joint by concrete cutting blade/machine to remove old bitumen, grinding, removing dust by blower, insertion of back up polythelene rod and priming top 30 mm depth with approved primer all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filling of joints 10 mm wide and 30 mm deep with sealing compound grade 'B' of polyurethane/polysulphide based sealant applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing masking tape after filling of sealant as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 here-in-before but width of joints 12mm to 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of damaged / broken concrete pavement slab surface and applying "SURE BOND" or it's equivalent, self adhesive cold applied polymer modified High Tack Bituminous Instant Runway / Tarmac crack sealing Tape of 75mm width, 2KPa thick having qiuck release film on one side Runway/Pavement/Tarmac crack to form high strength water proof layer complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified and directed. Note: Material shall be approved by Engr-in-charge in consultation with user. Contractor shall have no claim whatsover on this account. Make: Srijan Systems Pvt Ltd or it's equivalent.

Material and labour for making good of cracks, joints, pot hole stuffer in slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by 'CONCRE-FLO' or it's equivalent, Streaming Concrete Crack Stuffer complete all as specified and directed. Note: Material shall be approved by Engr-in-charge in consultation with user. Contractor shall have no claim whatsover on this account. Make: Srijan Systems Pvt Ltd or it's equivalent.

Material and labour for making good of cracks, joints, pot hole stuffer in slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by 'ASPHA-FLO' or it's equivalent, Streaming Concrete Crack Stuffer complete all as specified and directed. Note: Material shall be approved by Engr-in-charge in consultation with user. Contractor shall have no claim whatsover on this account. Make: Srijan Systems Pvt Ltd or it's equivalent.

Material and labour for making good cracks/broken edges in slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by cutting "V" grooves/making shapes as directed by AGE(I) not exc 40mm wide at top and not exc 40mm deep and cutting spelled joints sides perpendicular and parallel to edge by mechanical tools, cleaning by compressed air and washing with chemical water solution under pressure and then applying epoxy mortar with hardener, quartz, sand (1:0.5:8 by weight after priming the cleaned surfaces with approved proprietary primer of the same manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed. Make: M/S HINDUSTAN CIBA GEIGY Ltd or it's equivalent as approved by AGE(I).

Preparation of old painted plastered/ concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying a thin layer of cold emulsion bitumen (cationic type) over existing runway/ taxi track and connecting road approaching to main runway (flexible portion) @ 5kg of emulsion per 10 SQM in diluted state as per manufacturers instruction by using mechanical sprayer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
