Dismantling of cement concrete including labour charges, T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material disposal of unserviceble material and stacking the serviceble material as directed by the departmental authorities with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per SS. CC structures including cost and convayence of all materials and labour charges etc dept authorities.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other defeterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD/304 MORTH.

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadam specification (5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MORT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only,plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design,over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity ans appropeite with batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (Steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips,primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water Clause 151 MORD. Unit=cum Taking output=75 cum (172.20t)(100x3.75x0.200)

Separation Membrane of impermeable plastic sheeting 125 micron thick (M-164 common SSR) including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work.

Manufacture as per BIS:12592 (Part 1&2) Supply & Delivery of Manhole Covers and Frames with ISI marking anywhere in A.P., F.O.R. destination including, loading, un-loading & stacking at site but excluding all taxes.( for HD-35mm - 560mm dia Clear Opening)

Supply of 25mm thick high performance expansion joint filler board (SILFLEXCAPCELLHD-100 or equivalent make),placing the same 25mm below top of pavement slab sealing with bituminous hot sealing compound (Grade-A-ISI) polysulphudiet 50mm interval in CC.Pavement incl.cost and conveyance of all materials but excl.labour charges for placing in position,for expansion joints confirmig to MORTH Specification 602-1Rmt of joint length

Supply of Bituminous compound(Grade.A ISI) polysulphide and sealing the joints including cost and con of all materials etc but excluding labour charges for placing in position for contraction joints at 4.50mts interval/for longitudinal joints as per MORTH

Providing Granular sub-base/base/surface course with quarry rubbish (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification

Carting away the surplus earth, cement concrete, brick and stone debris from the wor site with a lead of 2KM beyond initial lead incl. Loading, unloading and conveyance etc., complete as directed by dept. authorities as per APSS 38.2
