Preparation of existing land surface including cutting by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual in all kinds of soil upto required level including filling excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead up to 100 m and lift up to 1.5 m :charges including carting etc. complete.

Earth filling in plinth and ground with approved earth brought from outside (including royalty) charges including transportation, ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete

Supplying and applying Anti termite treatment by injecting chemical Imidacloprid 30.5% SC Bayer Premise make for pre constructional treatment and creating a chemical barrier as per IS 6313(Part II) 1981 for wall trenches, foundation, top surface of plinth filling, foundation of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of the building, etc. complete and conforming to specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Tenderer to submit guarantee on stamp paper of adequate value). (Plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment.)

Providing and Laying Hardcore guage of aggregates exceeding 63mm and but not exceeding 100 mm, deposited, spread gravel and levelled in layers not exceeding 20cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

CONCRETE WORK:Plain cement concrete (1 cement: 4 coarse sand : 8stone jelly) using 40mm and down gauge graded, hard blue granite stone aggregate, laid and well consolidated in foundation and basement etc., all as complete and directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with apiece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of hard stone ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation leveling and dressing and finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying screeding work in the top of roof using cement concrete 1:2:4 using 6mm nominal size broken stone for screed concreting at an average thickness of 50mm including water proofing materials.

RCC WORK:- Providing & laying in position machine mixed and machine vibrated plain cement concrete of controlled grades for reinforced cement concrete structural elements, viz. foundation, beams, slabs, raft floor plinth beams, in any shape etc. as per structural design and as directed in specified compressive strength in N/mm2 at 28 days as per IS 456-2000 using 20 mm or as specified size of black granite aggregates including design of concrete mixes, weigh batched proportioning, necessary lift and lead as specified finishing concrete surfaces, curing etc. complete excluding centering / shuttering and reinforcement. The conversion of weigh volumetric one, if desired by the contractor, should be got approved from Engineer before execution. For concrete grade M 20 at all levels below and up to highest plinth level as per technical specifications. ( minimum cement content of 320 kg/cum for M20 grade and, No extra claim shall be entertained for any additonal quanity of cement if required as per the design mix.)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All works up to plinth level. (minimum cement content of 370 kg/cum for M25 grade and, No extra claim shall be entertained for any additonal quanity of cement if required as per the design mix)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All works above plinth level upto 12m height from plinth level (minimum cement content of 370 kg/cum for M25 grade and, No extra claim shall be entertained for any additonal quanity of cement if required as per the design mix.).

CENTERING AND SHUTTERING:- Providing and erecting form work for structures upto plinth level as per technical specifications.

Providing and erecting form work for structures in super structure upto 12M height from plinth level including necessary stage shuttering as per technical specifications.

REINFORCEMENT :- Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete in all levels. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 or more.

MASONARY:- Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks ( factory made) of size 40x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part 1 of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 20 cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete

JOINERY:- Providing and fixing Powder Coated aluminium (approved Colour) louvered ventilator fabricated out of extruded sections confirming to BIS IS 733 and wall thickness not less than 4 mm as detailed in the drawing of specified size and shape with approved shade not less than 20 micron, including supplying and fixing the frame with expansion bolts / screws, necessary clits for jointing with cadmium coated screws/ bolts nuts including providing and fixing glazing using glass of appropriate thickness with the help of EPDM gasket felt and exchaust fan open 300 x 300mm etc complete as per drawing.

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows & doors with M.S. Flat 15x3mm and nuts & bolts complete. Stainless steel (grade 304) wire gauze of 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and fixing Factory made Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) door frame and door shutter, using FRP laminate and infilling with eco-friendly hard wood as per specification and as directed Engineer-in-charge. Supplying and fixing mechanical device chain and crank operating rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover. Rate also includes painting with two coat synthetic enamel paint over two coat anti corrosive yellow zinc chromate primer.

FLOORING:- Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. (Basic Cost of Tiles - Rs. 50/-)

Providing and laying 300mm x 450mm Ceramic wall dadoing 8mm thick of approved make and quality, colour and shade, with paper thin joint, including 20mm thick base of CM (1:3) (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished neatly, cured, oxalic acid washed and PVC corner beeding of required size to suit the thickness of the wall tiles at the corner joints of dado etc., The rate shall include Transport, lead distance, loading, unloading, laying, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Basic Cost of Tiles - Rs. 60/-)

Providing and laying 125mm thick Vacuum De-watered of M25 grade concrete ( Seprate design mix for VDF flooring) with minimum cement content of 360kg/cum, surface vibrated and finished with machine for flooring over prepared sub-base in strips of width up to 3.5 M in line and level maintaining required slope , compacting with needle / surface vibrator, leveling with surface vibrator, Vacuum De-watering with vacuum pump, floating and further compaction with skin floater equipped with floating disc, providing and spreading Rockite or equivalent floor hardener @ 3.5 Kg/Sq.M, curing, formation of joints @ 4 M c/c (maximum) by cutting up to 25mm thickness of concrete slab with mechanized saw and filling the same with semi-rigid epoxy based Rockite or equivalent sealant including preparation of base, curing finishing etc. with required 12mm MS dia bar on all edges 300mm on both pannel @ 370mm c/c, curing etc complete as per the drawing / as directed by Engineer. ( Note : Excluding reinforcement steel)

FINISHING:- Prepare surfaces and plaster with CM 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) 12mm thick to all interior faces of walls

Prepare surfaces and plaster with CM 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) 6mm thick to all ceilling area in RCC surfaces contiguous to masonry in super structure in all heights.

Prepare surfaces and apply 15mm plaster to all exterior faces of walls including RCC surfaces continuous to masonry in super structure etc, all as complete and directed by Engineer in charge at all levels. 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Prepare surfaces and providing and applying 2 coats Exterior Weatherproof Emulsion Paint (Asian Apex Ultima) of approved colour and manufacture on wall surface.

Water proof plastering with Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) 12mm thick plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement mixed with water proofing compound of approved make @ 2kg/m2 of mix floated hard and troweled smooth including all labour, material, conveyance charges etc complete.

ROOF WORK:- Supply, fabricate and erect in position structural steel work for trusses, frame work, purlins, girder, column, rafters, strus, wind ties, floor tie beam, structural members for strew box, side cladding, platform etc. as per design including riveting, welding in rolled steel sections and plates with all necessary nuts, bolts, riverts, gusset, plates etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, lead,lift etc. and painting with two coat of anticorrossive Yellow zinc chromate primer and 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make finished to even shade as per technical specifications.

Providing, fabricating and erect in position MS pipe/MS square/rectangular hollow section work for trusses, purlins, rafters, struts etc. as per design including riveting welding in rolled steel sections and plates with all necessary nuts, bolts, rivets, gusset plates etc. complete including painting with two coat of anticorrossive Yellow zinc chromate primer and 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make finished to even shade as per technical specifications.

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing & fixing Poly carbonate corrugated sheet 0.8 mm thick as approved by the Engineer in charge and should be supplied in a single length of 12 M or as decide by the Engineer in charge. The sheets shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screw of size (5.5x55 mm) with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical/ curved surface, but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, and including cutting to size shapes where ever required.

Providing and fixing of Turbo Ventilator of throat size 600 mm height 380 mm and over all diameter of 680 mm to get maximum performance including all accessories including polycarbonate base etc., and as directed by engineer-in charge.

ROAD WORK :-Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm. depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Supplying and laying interlocking tile 100 mm or nearest size thickness, minimum strength M 40 including providing a layer of 6 mm aggregate for 5 cm thickness, then laying interlock cobbles in lines and levels as per the directions of the departmental officers at site inclusive of all cost & conveyance charges etc.; complete.

Providing and fixing RCC/CC (1:2:4) precast kerb stone of size 100mm to 125mm thick, 300mm deep and 600 mm long as per architects details incuding excavations plain cement concrete, pointing of joints and white or colour washing etc. complete as per technical specifications and drawing.

WATER SUPPLY:- Providing, fixing, and joining the PVC pipes with PVC specials such as tees, bends, elbow, union, reducer etc. all with clamps/clips at 1.00 m spacing. Supplying approved make PVC gully trap of size 160 x 110mm and CI grating 150mmx150mm size and light duty C.I cover with frames 300mmx300mm size(inside) the weight of cover to be not less than4.5kg and frame to be not less than2.7kg (CI MH cover and frame as per IS:1726) single sealed of size conveying to size the above mentioned items and constructing 30cmx30cm internal size gully trap chamber and depth upto 60cm,115 thk brick wall in CM 1:6 on a foundation of PCC 1:4:8.100mm thick plastering inside with CM 1:3,12mm thk with a neat cement flushing coat and conveying to site,cleaning ,installing and testing approved make PVC gully trap with 160mm outlet(Fabricated),surrounding with CC 1:1.5:3, 150x150mmm,top with CI grating above the PVC gulley trap and light duty CI cover and frame over the chamber including cost of all materials, etc complete as per approved drawing and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Construction of masonry chamber 300mm x 300mm, depth 300mm to 610mm (clear inside) including excavation 230mm thick brick masonry all around in CM 1:6, base concrete 1:4:6 75mm thick cement concrete slab (1:2:4) with CI light duty double seal cover including cement plaster, complete as directed. chamber inside and outside to be plastered with CM 1:4 chamber inside to be smooth plstered and bottom to be channeled/benched with cement concrete 1:2:4 to suit the site condition.

Constructing manholes of sizes 0.6m x 0.6m (clear inside) of depth upto and including 1m including excavation, 150mm thick foundation concrete in PCC 1:5:10, 23cm thick brick masonry wall plastering CM 1:4 both inside and outside, benching and channeling with PCC 1:2:4 and finishing the channel smooth RCC top cover of 10cm thick setting and fixing CI light duty rectangular manhole cover of size 450 x 600 mm and fixing MS rungs, refilling the sides of doundation and disposal of surplus earth within a distance of 50m, rate exclusive of reinforcement,
