M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (450 x 300 x 7-8mm) thick as in skirting/dado/vertical surfaces, including 10 mm thick 1:4 CM etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry provided in colured cement to match the coloured tiles all as specified and directed

S&F vitreous China Wash Basin, white, flat back of size 550 x 400 mm including suitable size of CI brackets, brass chromium plated waste fittings 32 mm dia with long screw shanks and fly nuts, flange and bedded in red lead cement complete all as specified and directed including taking down old one.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down water etc., all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work for concrete surface and finished even smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Taking down GI tubing 15mm dia with all connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm dia steel water tube medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls, ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605 mm using main and cross tee of size 15mm x 15 mm x 1.5 mm ( weight not less than 0.12kg /RM) and wall angle of size 40mm x 25 mm x 2mm ( weight not less than 0.36 kg /RM) and perporated fibre board for insulation and accoustic purpose 60cm x 60 cm in size and thicknees 5 to 6 mm , fixed with screws to the aluminium frame work in ceiling with hanger 6mm dia GI (up to 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.
