Labour and equipment only for attending day to day complaints of street light fittings, Tower light fittings and High mast lights (up to 16 mtr high), such as T5 FTL 4X24/40/36 Watt security light fitting, HPSV/ HPMH fitting 400W (indoor and outdoor type) and flood light up to 400 watt in Indoor stadium, LED light all type & any wattage (flood and roadway luminaries) and post top light fitting etc for finding faults, including thorough cleaning of acrylic perpex cover and refixing the same in existing position after carrying out necessary repair/replacement of parts, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Detection & rectification of fault in over head / underground line shall be done by the contractor & cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. (ii) Spare parts required shall be measured and paid for separately against relevant item of BOQ. (iii) Contractor will provide one electrician and one helper along with 24 steps bamboo ladder or sky lifter vehicles for repairing day to day complaints and report to JE E/M I/C or Engineer-in-Charge of External Electrification Section. (iv) The contractor shall be imposed a penalty of Rs 1000/- per day for complaintas pending for more than 24 Hrs.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable timer panel with new street light timer panel suitable for three phase supply including astronomical digital timer, contactor three phase, MCB TPN 63 amps for incomer and outgoing for overload and short circuit protection 63 Amp, 440 Volt complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells Cat No. IHXTS0912A or eqivalent model in Legrand / C&S.

Excavation in trenches/post holes in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying of pipes and for poles/stay and struts not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying river sand for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before lying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: Thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured as 18 cm after punning for payment purpose)

Supply and laying brick protection cable cover using old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid flat adjacent to each other across the length of cable laid dry complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 50mm bore GI pipe ISI marked light grade for cable protection with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm bore GI pipe ISI marked light grade for cable protection with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of damaged steel/PCC pole with new 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) conforming to IS-2713 Part II type steel tubular pole with cast iron base plate 6mm thick 300x300mm, finial taper, plug, bolts, nuts & washers etc, fixed in true vertical position (or to be planted as strut) including re-fixing of removed accessories such as ACSR/AAC conductor, cables, street light fittings, clamps, nuts & bolts etc including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of silver aluminum paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint on portion embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: - Earth work, New MS brackets (if any) and PCC work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) C1 type using 20 mm graded course aggregate for coping etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and the like including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of unserviceable timer switch with new AlphaRex3, D21 Astro 1 channels astronomical digital timer switch including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair power Contactor 3 Phase with AC coil 220 volts, 32 Amps, CN432 T01 type including making all connections complete all as specified and directed.
