Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable

The tenderer who quotes amount less than amount put to tender should pay difference amount in the form of FDR purchased through any nationalized bank payable at MYSORE only in favor The COMMISSIONER, MUDA at the time of execution of agreement.

Assessed Tender Capacity shall be more than the Tendered Amount Rs.25.00 Lakhs.

Contractors should be registered with KPWD Class IV & Above Registration.

Regarding Appealing Aggrieved contractors may appeal to the prescribed (Appellant) authority within 15 days as per KTTP and appeal should be through e-proc only as per Govt.order No:pwd/572/CRM-2020(E) Bangalore DT.09-10-2020. The same will not be considered if appeal through Letters.

All precautions should be taken by the contractor so that there are no damages to such public/ private properties.

The successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit in the form of NSC/DD/FDR in the name of The COMMISSIONER, MUDA, mYSORE given below for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price plus additional security for unbalanced tenders in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.

CONTRACTOR SHOULD QUOTE RATE INCLUDING GST AND OTHER ALL TAXES.
