Providing and laying of filter media withn granular crushed aggregate as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment ,wing wall to the full height compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specificatiob clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of material available from roadway cutting ,with all leads ,lifts, loading and unloading .

Filling of stones behind abutment ,wing wall and retaining wall ,stones available from excavation including hand packing with all carriage and cost.

Providing & applying Low Porosity primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer at the rate of (0.70 – 1.0) Kg/Sqmt. using mechanical means as per MORD technical Specification Clause 502.,including cost and carriage of material from source to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori. Providing & laying Bituminous macadam, 50 mm thick, with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site including all leads,lifts, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level & alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD technical Specification Clause 504,including cost and carriage of material from source to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading and octori. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 Kgs per Sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD technical specifications clause 503.,including cost and carriage of material from source to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori. (Finished work to be measured, complete)

Providing, laying (by mechanical means) & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates using bitumen (S-90) or emulsion, to required line, grade & level, to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying with paver finisher and rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type B as per technical specification clause 508, including cost and carriage of meterial from source to site of work with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading and octrio.(Finished work to be measured.)
