Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonary surfaces or surfaces other fair faces of brick work , finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing mild steel framed work such as grills, grating etc with end of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, welded wire mesh and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel work as in fencing posts, struts in fencing embedding in concrete and screwing etc. including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, nolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.complete all as specified.

Material & labour mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing in repairs 100 mm dia cast iron bend (any radius)diminishing pieces or tapers with oval access door including taking down existing & making good to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repairs 75 mm dia cast iron bend (any radius)diminishing pieces or tapers with oval access door including taking down existing & making good to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, concrete bed laid to falls in trenches in any depth including packing under and haunching against the sides of SGSW pipes 150mm bore after the pipes have been laid and tested all as specified (SGSW pipes shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and Labour Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (reinforcement to be measured separately)

Construction of brick masonry Soakage well of 2.40m internal dia, 6.0m effective depth with excavation & earth work in hard/ dense soil , PCC in foundation 1:3:6 type C-2 , walls of honey comb and solid brick work in CM ( 1:4) , RCC cover slab Type A-1 ( 1:1.5: 3 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) duly reinforced with 8 mm TMT bar @ 120 mm C/C , filling with brick bats, complete all as specified and directed and shown on drawing No TD-309 sheet 1/4 to 4/4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material andlabour for construction of Septic tank for 25 users with excavation & earth work in hard / dense soil , PCC in foundation 1:2:4, brick work in CM 1:4, RCC slab covers including RCC precast manhole cover having 6mm plate embedded all round / fibre reinforced cover with angle iron frame, vent shaft and sludge chamber etc complete as per drawing no TD-217, sheet 1/7 to 7/7 of HQ CEBZ Bareilly complete all as specified and directed.
